Hotel berhampiran Laozihao Block, Suzhou

乾淨，前台很熱情，床很舒服，被子乾燥，門口公共停車位，周邊吃飯太方便了，附近紅綠燈左拐進去，好多飯館，有個東北炭火烤肉非常好，食材新鮮味道好，價格公道。去拙政園打車29元，去虎丘40元，在山塘街坐地鐵回來很方便，地鐵全程有座位。附近木瀆古鎮也不錯，很近。房間窗户隔音一般，門口馬路上的車有點多，其他方面都不錯，價廉物美乾淨整潔，滿意。虎丘強烈推薦

在一家酒店進行了入住體驗，感覺非常滿意。酒店的服務人員熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，給我留下了深刻的印象。特別是他們的早餐，種類豐富，味道鮮美，讓我每天早晨都有一個美好的開始。 優點:酒店的地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊有許多購物和餐飲場所，非常適合商務和休閑旅行。此外，酒店的安全措施也做得很好，讓我感到非常安心。 總體評價:這次酒店入住體驗讓我非常滿意，我會向我的朋友推薦這家酒店。希望他們也能享受到這樣優質的服務和舒適的環境。如果有任何需要改進的地方，我相信酒店會積極聽取並進行改進。

酒店就在古鎮裏面 附近有停車場 步行幾分鐘即可。 房間還可以，挺乾淨的，老闆也挺熱情的，有問題都能及時處理。 不足的就是 朋友住的那間熱水實在太慢了，放了很久才有點暖還不算很熱，大人倒無所謂，小朋友洗澡後面乾脆在我們房間洗了，然後他們房間內也沒有空調，不過還好有個取暖器 最重要的是！隔音效果實在不行 隔壁説話聲音，夜間入住樓上的走樓梯聲音 房間內走路聲音都聽的一清二楚，搞笑的是 早晨住客下來的聲音真的像滾下來的一樣咚咚咚😂😂😂反正就是聲音挺大的 還好睡得晚醒得早又是自然醒 如果碰到睡眠淺的估計不太行。 但是整個環境説實話還是可以的。 評論衹是個人觀點 僅供參考 還是要自己入住體驗

酒店工作人員服務很好，貼心，周到，熱情，工作人員很親切，很nice，都會主動問候，很有禮貌的的打招呼，員工特別和善，前台小姑娘很漂亮，乾淨整潔，辦理入佳效率高，特別謝謝前台小姐姐，還幫忙拿行李，做事情特別細心，還給我介紹了當地的特色美食和旅遊景點。可以看得出管理的很好。阿姨服務態度也很好，客房衞生很乾凈，房間明亮，有小度智能也很方便，床品整潔乾淨，酒店的整體服務都很好特別棒!

出差旅行，有親訪友，當選御臨酒店。 酒店環境好，房間衞生乾淨，前台服務態度好，交通便利，停車方便。

房間乾淨舒適衞生，床墊睡的很舒服，房間內有躺椅和茶具茶桌，非常適合我們出行想泡泡茶喝的人。酒店位於木瀆鎮，周邊有木瀆古鎮、對面有天平山、壽桃湖博物館西，在遠點就是市區山塘街 、平江路 拙政園等，好多去逛的地方。沒有開的的打車和出門就是公交了，自助早餐品種多樣豐富，不想走遠店裡有中餐廳，還有免費漢服體驗拍照📷哦，可好了

The location was great because it was right next to a subway exit and across the street from a shopping centre.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.
