I have wrongly booked the hotel. My intention is to book the branch in Ping jiang road. However, it is also not a bad option to stay here. The building is new, very clean, laundry room with washer and dryer foc detergent. Just the room is quite small. Limited walking area on the floor with 2 x 24' luggage. Air-conditioning works well, cooling in very short time. Staff is friendly. The location is near to Humble Administrator's Garden. We take DIDI ( e hailing) to all the attractions, the DIDI fares is affordable (cheaper than Malaysia as they using electrical vehicle)

Kami akan ke Taman Pentadbir Humble Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Taman Pentadbir Humble, lebih daripada 600 meter jauhnya. Hotel ini dalam ***a taman, sangat hangat dan selesa, dan tenang dalam kesibukan. Ia berhampiran dengan Loumen, kanak-kanak suka bermain di atasnya, dan tempat letak kereta sangat mudah. Bilik-bilik tetamu sentiasa bersih. Bos sangat bersemangat dan membantu dalam menghubungi saya dengan masalah tempahan tiket Jika saya mempunyai sebarang keperluan, saya boleh membantu menyelesaikannya tepat pada masanya. Hotel ini juga mempunyai ”penyambut tetamu” kecil bernama Laifu, yang sangat disayangi oleh kanak-kanak dan mempunyai personaliti yang sangat baik. Secara keseluruhannya, saya mempunyai pengalaman hebat menginap di hotel ini. Saya akan memilih hotel ini apabila saya datang ke sini.

設施：全智能 就是小愛有點高冷 衹喜歡普通話好的人 環境：入住的時候乾淨整潔 除了水壺裡麪還有上一任住户留下來的水 這個可以改進一下 旅舍就在觀前街裏面 逛街方便 和平江路就隔了一條公路 服務：老闆人很好 挺隨和的 會主動幫着搬東西 有需要可以直接溝通 服務態度很好 衞生：需要打掃衞生的話是要和老闆説的 清潔阿姨才敢來打掃 因為入住的時候沒想的起來拍照 圖片就用的商務原圖了 空間是和照片一樣的

Hotel is relatively new and absolutely love the room. Downside to it was the staff gave me a room which was on the other wing. Had to climb up and down a flight of steps to get to the main elevator. The steps were not luggage friendly at all. Had to make two trips up and down the steps to carry my heavy luggages. 15mins walk to guanqian street for shopping and food. There’s also lots of restaurants around the hotel. Train station is also just beside the hotel. Down side: there’s no proper drop off/pick up area. Also, the hotel lost one of my delivery packages. I hope they will have a better process on receiving/delivering delivery packages moving forward. Since it’s nearby the famous attractions, be prepared to wait in the jam as the roads are only two way streets. Taking the train is your best alternative.

The location is very good, you can get around with the bus or walk around to the town. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you to the Assistant Manager Ms Sima for helping me and assisting me throughout my stay at the hotel. I could also leave my luggage free of cost for 24h after check out and pick it up later. I really liked the staff but the room I got was smelly at first but Ms Sima changed it for me and was very helpful.

Really good location with a bus stop that has buses to most tourist attractions and a metro station near by. Very close to supermarkets and you can get food near by. The room was in spotless conditions and everything worked really well Hope to come back here some day

An impressive experience. I spent one night with my girl friend and we were treated feel at home by all heart warming staffs. Highly recommend bathtub room to everyone who are willing to choose a lovely space to spend a night.
