Hotel berhampiran Master-of-Nets Garden(Wangshi Garden), Suzhou

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and amenities are really good. The service staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is actually very good for tourist because it is very convenient to assess a lot of food and photo taking sceneries. The thing is, it is not exactly easy to find the taxi will only send you to a place nearby and then you would have to figure out how to go to the hotel. There are some rooms on the second level so it might be a bit tiring to climb up the stairs but we were fortunate to get rooms on the ground floor with a courtyard view. Do look out for mosquitoes but there are mosquito repellent provided. Breakfast is also provided, we had noodles and some condiments. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. 設施：除了沒有游泳池，其他都是精品酒店標準，有兩棟樓，大堂這邊有部分客房、洗衣房、麪包房和咖啡廳。另一棟有健身房、酒吧和早餐廳。房間不是很大，但是設施齊全，智能馬桶和蒂普提克的洗浴用品很不錯。另外，早餐的半自助點餐方式也非常喜歡，主廚出品的主食非常好吃，雞肉卷、班尼蛋印象很深，咖啡外帶也是很大方。 衞生：很乾凈，可以説非常不錯，酒店開業時間不長，但是整體管理還是挺好的，床品也很舒服。 環境：就在月光碼頭景區裏面，緊鄰金雞湖，部分房間可以看到湖景，整個酒店最吸引我的就是歐式工業風的裝修，很有一種置身法國的錯覺。酒店的設計師是有想法和品味的。 服務：提前看了房間，服務員也很熱情，免費洗衣房也是加分項目。停車是用景區的地下車庫，每次出去提前和前台報備就可以了，就是逢週末或者節假日遊客高峯，停車是一個難題，建議酒店至少應該預留一些專用車位給客人，否則客人會很難停到車位，非常不方便。

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was the outstanding service from the front desk team. From the moment we arrived until check-out, they were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They kindly helped arrange a better room for us, which made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. Plus, they provided children's slippers and toothbrushes at check-in, showing great hospitality towards kids. The hotel is new and very clean. The location is absolutely excellent, near the Pinjiang Road area, one of the most beautiful and famous ancient streets in Suzhou. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely book here again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Wenlv Gusu Yard Donghuali. It’s more of a charming 民宿 than a traditional hotel, and that’s exactly what makes the experience so special. The service was exceptional. We had very heavy luggages, and the staff immediately offered to help us carry them up the stairs to our rooms. If you order food delivery, the staff will also kindly bring it straight to your room, and they were consistently helpful with any of our requests. They also prepare a healthy and delicious breakfast every morning, which was a lovely way to start the day. The location can be a little inconvenient at first as the 民宿 is tucked deep inside a quiet lane, but once you get oriented, you’ll find that it is actually very close to many popular attractions. We appreciated the balance - peaceful surroundings while still being within walking distance of key sights. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful views of the courtyard. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

I had the best experience possible. The owner is a perfect host, we had a great time talking to her and sharing experiences. The structure is so well designed and decorated, it felt like a magic ancient world! Don’t miss the chance to enhance you trip to Zhouzhuang, book it now!!

We are travelers from Lithuania and after visiting many highly rated hotels around the world, we can honestly say this hotel is a true hidden gem and fully deserves the highest possible rating. Our stay here exceeded expectations in every way. The hotel itself is very elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The courtyard area is absolutely wonderful — very clean, relaxing, with a beautiful pond full of colorful fish that creates a special atmosphere both during the day and evening. The rooms are spacious, fresh, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything feels carefully maintained and much more premium than the price we paid. Honestly, we felt we received far more value than expected. What made this experience truly exceptional was the employee Charles. He was incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely caring during our whole stay. He always helped us with recommendations about the best places to visit, restaurant guidance, arranging taxis, taking care of our luggage, and even helped create a wonderful fish-feeding experience for us. Small details like this made our trip feel special and memorable. You can clearly feel real hospitality here, not just hotel service. We stayed as a couple and would happily return again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Suzhou who wants an authentic, elegant, and relaxing experience. I arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner.   I didn’t and still don’t  have an eSIM that can make local  call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free.  I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands.  I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.  I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their  blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop  to Suzhou which was my next destination.  This  operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a  lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.  After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge .  If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass.  Do check with the owner for up to date information.  The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.  Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. .  There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from  the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy.  It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances. The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.  This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.  I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in  Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I  couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket. 

Kemudahan: Peralatannya sangat baik dan pintar. Mod pancuran mandian hutan hujan tropika sudah memadai. Ia hebat dan mempunyai tekanan air yang mencukupi. Kebersihan: Bersih dan baik. Persekitaran: Gaya Jepun yang elegan. Perkhidmatan: Sangat baik dan bertimbang rasa. Abang dan kakak meja depan mempunyai rasa perkhidmatan yang baik. Minum petang layan diri untuk dua orang: Lokasi yang bagus di Shilu Pedestrian Street.

Tempat yang sangat baik untuk tinggal. Sangat sangat bagus dan bersih. Suka semuanya di sini. Lokasi yang sempurna.
