Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas

I’m here right now staying at this hotel and quite frankly feel shocked . First of all this is not even close to a 5 star hotel. Service is terrible starting from the reception. They ask you to pay upon check in so they are sure you stay because after you see the 5 star room you would want to leave. No housekeeping service ! Very rude personal at the SPA reception. Paid for ultra all inclusive but you must pay for your espresso. SPA centre is simply a pathetic version of what a SPA centre should look like! I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. It is a waste of time and your hard earned money. Whomever says is an excellent place definitely have not seen what an excellent 5 star hotel is. In my opinion the main problem is that there is not enough staff hired to work to dave cost on salaries hence the awful experience. To me this is a pure example of bad business practices. You come once and never want to return a second time. During the time of your stay you feel frustrated and duped. Sorry. I don’t have a single good word to say about this place!

1 at a push, bar staff ensure you leave before closing time - in-fact this is not the most welcoming hotel anywhere- I hate to be so derogatory but in this case I’ll make an exception. I was told that the Bulgarian people were hap, smily people- not here

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Service is missing especially in the restaurant. They are very rude and do not speak English at all. They say they have 2 restaurants - but one is finger food placed on a table all day long, not very delicious or sanitary. Coffee from machine is free, and rest you have to pay. I had to ask for new glasses to the room and the cleaning lade came in and started washing old glasses in bathroom sink !!! . The buffet is not very good. Breakfast is good with a nice and accommodating chef, but rest feels like reheated food from lunch to dinner. Spa is very good with nice and very professional people. Also the gym is one of the best I have ever been to , hotel or not. Very good. All in all they seriously neet to step up service, and start acting like the 5 star hotel they claim to be.

I can say a lot but in short - complete disappointment. From the moment we entered we were asked for payment, no even question about showing the room or presenting the hotel. Personnel is rude, cannot answer simple question on food they serve. We choose option ultra all inclusive because we wanted to spend our time only inside the hotel, however we still needed to PAY for our espresso coffee. We were told it is included only Bulgarian alcohol in the ultra all inclusive offer, which is generally ok since Bulgarian wines are great, surprisingly all alcohol was the cheapest possible Bulgarian brands and normal class Bulgarian wines for instance we had to pay on almost triple price! Which is not really ultra all inclusive. Moreover, there is no potable water accessible for the SPA, which would mean you also need to PAY for your bottle of water at the reception. Really confused about the meaning of ULTRA all inclusive in that place. In the rooms there is no door sign “do not disturb” and EVERY morning we were bothered by personnel for cleaning the room, entering after no one answer the door - no option for a little peace!!!! The food is rather bad, I am completely shocked to see 5 star hotel cooking with “vegeta”- the lowest type of artificial additive spice! We had same beef for 3 days!! Spinach salad wasn’t even washed - you could clearly see the mud in it…. Hygiene is rather doubtful - huge spider nets in the restaurant… Definitely will not go there another time!! It is a shame for the stars they claim!

Какие пять звезд тут хоть на третью как нибудь потянуть.Жадность этих людей которые захватили часть помещений в этом здании а позиционируют себя хозяевами не знает границ.Задача здесь одна побольше содрать с людей денег.Была бы возможность они бы и за воздух брали оплату.

Этот отель самый ужасный из всех отелей, где я была. Особенно персонал,персонал на рецепшене,уборка номеров,пляж,на пляже туалет, лежаки,интернет,везде грязно,очень , Это не отель 5 звёзд, это просто сарай. Они не идут ни на одну просьбу. Непонятная Музыка на бассейне постоянно играющая. Парикмахерская на территории была последней каплей , а именно мастер,которая подстригла мужа ужасно сказать мало , не реагировала на замечания наши
