Stopped for a night on my way to Austria (11/12.09). Very good location - close to downtown but quiet. Nice beer hall next door (as a hotel guest you get either coffee or shot of Schnaps on the house). Easy to park - directly underneath (7€ for 24 hours). Smooth and efficient check-in, the gentleman working there could easily work at a 5 star hotel. Rooms are the same as in all B&B but sufficient and, what is very important, have AC. Can’t fault anything, unbeatable for the price.

Ein günstige und gute Gelegenheit in Neu-Ulm zu übernachten. In 15-20 Minuten ist die Ulmer Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist B&B mäßig recht spartanisch,aber es reicht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Es ist zudem sehr sauber in den Zimmern. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.
Falls man mit dem PKW anreist, bieten sich am Allgäuer Ring viele kostenlose Möglichkeiten zum Parken!

We had three nights at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a large variety of breads, cold-cuts, eggs, sausage etc. The beds really comfy. Nice large bathroom. But. Our room faced a large park where the locals liked to hang out - and with the weather being really nice that resulted in some smaller parties/groups of people having out. And they were not exactly quiet, unfortunately. Since there is no air-con in the rooms it must become pretty unbearable in the summer when the windows have to stay shut because of the noice from the park... Ask for a room facing away from the park......

Sehr gute Lage mitten im Ort, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.
Renoviertes 3-Bett-Business-Zimmer. Sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.
Der Seifenbehälter im Bad am Waschbecken war leider komplett leer, so dass wir das Duschgel aus der Dusche nehmen mussten. Dies beanstandeten wir nicht, sondern teilten es lediglich beim Auschecken mit.
Ein Wasserkocher mit Instantkaffee und/oder Tee wäre nett gewesen.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
Das Personal war höflich, jedoch eher distanziert. Wir hatten vergessen, zwei unserer Kinder, welche woanders in der Nähe übernachteten, zum Frühstück anzumelden. Wir bitten, dies vielmals zu entschuldigen, dennoch waren insbesondere unsere Kinder etwas erschrocken, als die zuständige Dame etwas unpassend darauf im Frühstücksraum reagierte.
Leider war das Hotel nicht ohne Frühstück buchbar, was wir ansonsten gemacht hätten. Für unsere Kleinste, für welche das Frühstück bezahlt war, lohnt sich das Buffet ohnehin nicht, da diese kaum etwas isst. Die „Semmelbestellung“ dürfte also dadurch nicht immens beeinträchtigt worden sein.
Das nächste Mal werden wir wieder zur Konkurrenz gegenüber ausweichen. Dort war alles prima vor einer Woche.
Ein Vergleich war es dennoch wert.

Quaint little hotel tucked away from the town center but close enough to walk to it. Close to all other hotels and restaurants too! Rooms are nice, clean and has fantastic balcony view. Service from staff was impeccable. They were very accommodating and kind. The best of all was the breakfast. Me and my entire family have officially concluded that their breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast we’re ever had. Dont forget to check in first before booking activities. They give discounts for them!

Very conveniently located hotel. The hotel is beautiful, has complete facilities. We chose to stay in a traditional style room, decorated to match the ancient history of the castle. The breakfast was very good.

We chose to return our rental car here in Augsburg and catch a train to Salzburg here to avoid the crowds in Munich for Oktoberfest. This was a much bigger city than I expected. It is also a college town. While traveling in the USA, Holiday Inn Express are usually a safe bet for a one night stay. We were not disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. This is only one of 2 hotels that had AC out of the 10 we stayed in. Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made sure out taxi arrived on time. There is a great burger place across the street that you should try. All and all, we were glad we chose this hotel and would recommend it if you are traveling thru Augsburg.

Hotel located about 4km from Augsburg City centre. The hotel rent free bikes, which we made the most of during our stay, as there is a beautiful river and miles of forest covered park to cycle around. We also used the bikes to go to the city centre as the tram wasn't operating. Free ample parking. Fantastic breakfast. Free ice cream. Room was large and had a fridge and kettle. Slightly older decor, but nice bathroom. My only criticism is, there is a musty smell, but no idea where this is coming from as everywhere is spotlessly clean. The reception staff spoke English and were helpful and friendly. And the restaurant staff were excellent too. Thanks for a lovely weekend. Would recommend.

PPengguna TetamuI arrived early and parked in the garage below the hotel. The room was already available so they let me check in. I think the Leonardo Hotel is fairly new. Everything was quite clean and fresh. You need your room key to activate the elevator to go to your floor. I thought this was very clear but so many of my fellow guests were confused and I had to explain. Perhaps this would be better clarified during check in. Through helping other people, I also found out that the key only works for your floor and you can't access other floors. During my three night stay, I rode the elevator with quite a few confused people. There is bottled water in the room when you check in and it's complimentary. In the bathroom, the soap, shampoo and body wash are all one bottle/formulation. There is no conditioner. I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel but I did have dinner at the restaurant one night. It was good but I thought it was funny that I tried to order beer and they were out of a lot of it, as well as some of the menu items. The kimchi and hummus were delicious, and the signature drink was very interesting. My colleague and I needed a place to work on our computers one day and this hotel doesn't really have common/lobby space in which to do that because the restaurant area is closed outside of mealtimes. We sat in one of the conference rooms but a staff member chased us out. That's one improvement that I think this hotel could make (a place to sit and work and plug in a laptop), especially because it seemed like we were not the only business trip people there.

PPengguna TetamuAn easy seven-minute walk from the train station is the comfortable and delightful Hotel Sonne Fussen. You will have to cross a two-lane road, but there are crosswalks at either end. There are actually two entrances. If you go to the right-side facing Sonne, there is a convenient door entering the hotel. The other door is on the people street of Reichenstrasse. In between the entrances are several smaller stores. There is a convenient parking garage in the lower floor. There is a room where you do have access to a washing machine and dryer found in the garage area. The reception staff, like the hotel, are friendly and accommodating. Don’t forget to ask for your “Fussen Card” which will give you a free bus ride up to Neuschwanstein and back. The busses are right by the train station. Our room was indeed very clean and pleasant. We had a balcony room facing the mountains. The only downside was the lack of privacy to one side. The balcony is nice though and we did use it The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large enough. We did like the soft-carpet in the room. By the desk was a large picture of the library museum that was once in a Benedictine monastery and later became City Hall. If you have time, visiting that museum is well worth the money and time. Our two days at Sonne’s we elected not to have our room cleaned. A box of towels was kindly left at our front door. Sonne’s was the only hotel to do this in our month long journey through Bavaria. The hotel is decorated with interesting pieces of art. Some of the pieces could be in a movie. Breakfast is a highlight. The staff takes superb effort to make your breakfast most enjoyable. There are all sorts of items to choose from. You will not starve. I did like the sausages and croissants. Most people, if not all, come to Fussen for the castle. We found the village of Fussen to be a delight. Besides the monastery museum, there is Hohes castle close by and a doable walk to Lechfall. An Aldi’s is just down the street. We found walking the people streets brought real character to Fussen. We did enjoy the hotel’s restaurant for one meal. On a side street is a superb Asian restaurant called ‘Thuy Golden Stabchen.” They had the best shrimp. A very positive experience. The hotel is located in a very quite area in Lindau, however close to the island. It keeps what mentioned on their web pages: room is nice and well equipped, bathroom is ok with a large shower, breakfast is plentiful and rich of sweets and savory, with fresh fruits that are different every day. To see it's more a house than a hotel, and this makes a positive difference in my opinion, because it makes you feel almost at home. And breakfast in the veranda is a great way to start the day. I definitely recommend it.

Au Check in on nous a donné une guestcard qui permet de prendre le bus gratuitement et d’avoir un rabais pour les tickets des châteaux. Les chambres communicantes que nous avons eues ont été absolument parfaites, les enfants ont eu des vrais lits confortables et nous aussi un grand lit avec une literie impeccable. Beaucoup de rangements aussi et salle de bains grande avec une belle douche et des WC séparés. Nous avons aussi pu charger notre voiture pour 50 cts du kw, devant l’hôtel : très pratique. Petit déjeuner très complet, une dame prépare des œufs comme on les veut ! Je recommande vraiment.

PPengguna TetamuWell the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.

LLihuiI took my son to Legoland , we didn’t drive.
The hotel is like 20 mins of walk away from the train station of Jettingen.
It’s only 16-20 mins away by car to Legoland .
The staff are extremely friendly , the room is nice , the food is good , everything is good except the wifi is annoying, you need to log in with your phone number and the passcode that you receive via sms message and it kept disconnected.

Wir haben eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf der Durchreise in den Urlaub gesucht und gefunden. Daher waren wir zu Abstrichen bereit, die wir hier NICHT machen mussten. Nette, hilfsbereite, junge Crew am Empfang. Sauberes, ansprechendes Zimmer, Einrichtung funktional, frisch. Flüsterleise Klimaanlage, über die wir uns bei „ Affenhitze“ außerordentlich gefreut haben. Frühstück ok, für den aufgerufenen Preis wiederum super( Erwachsene 10€/ Kinder4€) Alles in allem ein phantastisches Preisleistungsverhältnis!

Checked in was quick, room was ok, though a small bathroom but fully functional with a heater of its own. Linen is changed once every four days as a routine. Breakfast was ok, covers most of the usual stuff. In all, a nice and convenient place to stay if you would be out most of the day.
