酒店交通:有些偏遠，我是從騎士酒店搭酒店接送車過去的，建議自駕過去。
酒店服務:直接在酒店接待處等待，工作人員給辦理入住，很細心，周到，主動打招呼，會拿着地圖告知酒店位置，園區活動內容等，並且安排酒店管家，可隨時聯繫進行詢問，會馬上反饋。[強]住店客人由接待車輛直接送入園區，到取車處安排取車，之後就可以隨意在園區裏玩了，不受限制，車輛沒電了也可以隨時去換，行李由接待處直接放到屋裡。
房間景觀:選擇的馬賽陽台房，在三層，出陽台就能看見🦒和鴕鳥，但不能餵食。還得訂一層，其實二層也可以，大長頸鹿也能夠到。一層有一個觀景地方，到那裡也可以喂，但不能白喂，也得花20元錢購買，3枝。
房間設施:很大，乾淨，孩子很喜歡，樹屋可睡兩個孩子。裡邊物品齊全，水可以無限飲用，這大熱天跟合適。不過第一次見紙袋型牙膏，但挺環保[笑臉]。
餐廳:餐食都安排在綠房子餐廳，能走過去，10分鐘左右就到了。最大特色，早餐時開窗能喂長頸鹿，對於孩子們來説太有吸引力了。但是建議早點去，要不沒位置，當然坐別的地方也可以過去喂。其實還是遠點好，因為長頸鹿可以會打噴嚏，導致你的餐食都得換[心碎]
游泳池:這回沒去，但看了下還不錯，但不大。
性價比:覺得價格有些高，但這種在園區裏，有噱頭的酒店能理解，跟某尼一樣，也有護照，人多的時候享快速通道服務，免費且能多次遊玩遊藝設施。但我們去這幾天人不多，也沒啥特殊享受🤣

非常滿意酒店的服務態度，由於對周邊不熟悉，剛好遇到酒店值班小邢同志，她耐心告訴我們周邊的吃飯地點，景區地點。並且對酒店進行全方面的介紹。由於出差沒有時間在周邊景點遊玩。下次有機會來齊河，提前聯繫小邢，還會選擇這家酒店。

山東，這片充滿魅力的土地，見證了一段難忘的旅程。而此次山東之行，在孔雀王酒店畫上了圓滿的句號。
當踏入孔雀王酒店的那一刻，便被其別緻齊全的設施所吸引。房間寬敞舒適，佈置得温馨雅緻，每一處細節都與長頸鹿莊園與騎士酒店有着巨大的區別。（個人認為長頸鹿莊園很棒，騎士酒店體驗感比視頻中給到的預期要小）
然而，真正讓這次旅行難以忘懷的，是倪莎莎管家老師及所有工作人員熱情、專業的服務。他們就像是酒店的點睛之筆，為整個旅程增添了無盡的温暖。從踏入酒店的熱情迎接、暖心牛奶，到日常的貼心關懷，再到離開時的不捨送別，每一個瞬間都讓人感受到真誠與關愛。小朋友路過包括布草間在內工作人員，都能收穫真誠熱情的微笑，這份温暖如春風拂面，讓人陶醉其中。退房時，小朋友在玩了一上午温泉後沒電了，過來收拾房間的工作人員及時伸出援手，小小的舉動，卻藴含著大大的愛心。
帶着一份感恩與不捨，我們離魯返蒙。此次孔雀王之行，將永遠銘刻在我們的記憶中。感恩倪莎莎管家老師及所有工作人員的辛勤付出，讓我們在旅途中感受到了家的温暖。期待未來還有機會再次踏上這片土地，再次感受孔雀王酒店的魅力與温暖。

PPengguna Tetamu相當滿意的一家酒店，首先進去前台給升級了房型，又免費贈送了早餐，還有房間小零食，服務，衞生，淋浴都非常滿意，早餐也很豐富，真的不愧四星酒店，挑不出來毛病，離萬達也近，附近還有清真飯店，臨退房手機落下了，還給打電話來了，太棒的一次住宿，必須好評，下次還會住這裏！

PPengguna Tetamu帶孩子歐樂堡遊玩，訂了酒店。離景區很近，周邊萬達廣場，很乾凈，細節特別好（皂粉，豐富的早餐，還有吃飯散頭髮服務員遞上的皮筋），細節打動了大家。
強烈推薦去體驗，下次如果去，還會訂他家。

PPengguna Tetamu我們是10月20下午六點火車到濟南西，到酒店快七點，辦理入住後有人帶領去放行李，長者多，先行去餐廳等，兩個人放行李，行李比較多領路人沒有幫把手。去他家餐廳吃飯後到達酒店已經快九點，整理東西準備洗澡時發現沒有熱水，沒有暖風，打電話給前台聯繫後勤來查看。來的師傅弄了半天説沒有熱水，暖風需要維修，但是得等第二天了。我們聯繫了值班經理來溝通，確定第二天上午來修，如果修不好再更換房間。第一天體驗很差，他們有一下午的時間去確認房間所有設施，但是並沒有，我們都沒有洗澡，因為沒有暖風怕長者着涼，熱水是後來我挨個屋子去調試好才有的熱水。好在第二天上午維修好了暖風，但是中途有異響的，怕會燒了就沒用，到第三天設施才完全沒問題。服務人員態度好的沒話説，就是服務意識需要加強，畢竟酒店檔次和價位顯示着應該有更好更完備的整體效果

PPengguna Tetamu小朋友特別喜歡。各種小童玩具，元素，深的小朋友喜歡。房間東西多了感覺不大，不過服務真是很很很不錯，超級喜歡。入住之前特地打電話確認給孩子按圍欄等……超級貼心，酒店也有小朋友玩的，親子很友好。來之前看評論説是早餐菜品很少，很失望，訂房間的時候就選擇了不帶早餐的。早晨發現附近沒有訂的。酒店因為小朋友生日送了早餐～菜品確實不多。但好好吃，每一樣都很愛～爸爸説這是他吃過最好吃的麪了。

OOlivia-G夜裡到的，有種荒無人煙的趕腳，進去和城堡中世紀的感覺，服務很好夜裡把人叫起來還幫我看着孩子，酒店的早餐一般但也夠吃，房間很大沒有小冰箱，樓道里有抽煙的不喜歡，作為主打親子旗號的酒店，沒有小孩的浴袍其他都有，只有這個還需要找前台要，這個希望能配置上，畢竟房間價位也不低，個人感覺屬於性價比偏高的，離城堡樂園很近，樂園一般很荒蕪沒宣傳的好，整體還可以
