This is a first class hotel been here over 40times our second home !, a very big thank you to everyone so grateful for help as I had broken my hip before returning , it was lovely having our families with us as usual , All Restaurants oare Fabulous, but we tried the new Italian out of this world !!i! Such an experience , The new hall ways amazing , never have had a problem , so so many staff to mention they know who they are !! We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at the Amara. First impressions upon arrival is that you’ve hit the jackpot. The hotel is simply stunning, modern, classic with clean lines and contemporary art work dotted throughout the interior. The concept is ‘high end’ and this hotel delivers. Our room, in keeping with the hotel, was very elegant, stylish, clean and well maintained, with a lovely sea facing view. Also, the room was very quiet which makes for a good nights sleep 💤. The rooms are serviced daily with complimentary fresh water, soft drinks, etc and an evening turn down service. The breakfast is something to behold, offering a plethora of choice to suit all palates. I even took to having a glass of champagne 🥂 with my omelette and fresh fruit of a morning. The infinity pools are lovely (one adult only) with scores of loungers and plenty of space. For us the biggest (and I mean biggest) plus for this stunning hotel is the equally stunning, helpful, friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Without exception every staff member we encountered was lovely, warm and attentive. We especially wish to highlight Marios, at breakfast, for a very personal and warm welcome every morning, ensuring we (group of 4) wanted for nothing, especially the aforementioned champagne !! What a legend. Likewise, by the pool to highlight two incredible, friendly and hard working ladies, Christina and Radina, for their kindness in looking after us all so very well. Thank You Everybody. Bilik-bilik sudah kelihatan letih dan meminta pengubahsuaian. Pembinaan juga telah bermula betul-betul di sebelah hotel - bunyi bising dan habuk di dalam bilik yang menghadap ke laut. Sekarang ia adalah pemandangan tapak pembinaan.

Just recently back from a weeks stay with family. Very nice grounds and while the beach area is not huge or has much sand, the sea was very clear,calm and clean (blue flag rated) the calm waves made swimming really enjoyable and relaxing , lovely pool areas too and the separate divide of pools and beach areas for children and adults is good and for those who understandably may not want to be around noisy children ! Very good kids club with daily activities and staff who interact and get involved, Tiffany , Stephanie and Theodora were amazing with my daughter , thank you !! children at the club even got a little gift bag with toys ! If you can, I would advise room with balcony, we asked for this as the rooms facing the main road were slightly noisy and not very pleasant views looking out onto a busy main road. Nice path along the resort for people to walk along , we did this to visit other restaurants at other hotels along the beach , to your left you can also walk to ruins and another beach ( unfortunately we did not get the time to do this, really wish we did now from what others have said), also approx. 15 mins car/taxi journey to the main town/marina, well worth a a visit, if also like us you like to get out of the resort too. Overall really nice hotel with friendly staff and facilities, only one slight disappointment was sometimes we felt a little rushed to eat our breakfast as we like to go down later / towards the end and a few times we were told we had to finish up as are preparing for lunch soon (whereas previous 5* hotels we stayed at this has never been the case and never felt rushed to finish up), also a member of staff told us we were not allowed to bring food up with us to the room, despite us trying to explain my husband was in his room, he still proceeded to tell us not to do this , I responded and made it quite clear we were not happy about that I felt he needed some training in customer service, he eventually backed off ( was like being told off), as a previous member of staff offered to take it to our rooms..as would be expected in a 5 start hotel. Concierge and baggage handlers very nice and helpful , especially Michael (i think his name), who has worked their for 35 years ! really chatty and helpful guy ,!

This is a great property in Limassol. Located right at the beach. Wonderful view from the sea view room (3rd floor). Very nice and clean property. The room was modern and had all required amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. A nice breakfast spread was like a bonus! This hotel is also located at a 5-10min drive from the pick up stop for the airport express to Larnana airport.

There are three adult only Atlantica hotels in Cyprus and we have recently stayed at the two others and really enjoyed them so we were very excited to try the final one, unfortunately we saved the worst until the last and were somewhat disappointed. I know we were always going to compare to the other two but the others are in a different league in many ways. The main reason for us was the pool area, especially how noisy the road was by the hotel pool area. We all said how we didn’t feel switched off or relaxed due to lorries etc going over the speed bumps right outside the hotel. The sunbeds around the pool area were also reserved very early in the morning. We are always around the pool area from about 7.30am but we are then down there for the day but every morning towels were on most of the beds but nobody was on them and rarely returned until near lunchtime and some never returned at all, which is unfair. I know this happens at a lot of hotels around the world but this seemed exceptionally early here as once one did it everyone followed and went back to bed and I feel the hotel shouldn’t allow this. We also found it odd that the sunbeds were never put back in order of an evening so when you went down in a morning it looked like a bomb site and you had to move them around, we have never known this in any hotel we have been to before. Cats – oh my word. We see cats on holiday all the time but here was a different level, there were lots and they were everywhere and not surprising as everyone was feeding them from their sunbeds so once one was being fed then the rest would follow. A couple of mornings when we arrived at the pool area we had to call the cleaning staff over to clean up cat sick from by the sunbeds. They understandably also gathered around the outside eating areas and to be honest even in the buffet restaurant until the waiters saw them to move them on. The buffet restaurant was nowhere near as nice decoratively as the others, it was very canteen like and the tables where very much on top of each other. The food choice was also not great. We aren’t fussy eaters so always find something to eat but it did get very monotonous over two weeks with not much choice, we even found the salad bar very lacking. The a la carte was ok for a change from the buffet but felt the restaurant location disappointing as it was just a corner of the main restaurant with an outside area with no view, just overlooking the bins. The daytime staff were amazing and never seemed to stop and there were always activities going on if you wanted to join in. We did however find most other staff weren’t as friendly or didn’t engage when we tried to make conversation so we didn’t feel as though we got to know any of the bar staff, which was a completely different experience at the other two hotels when the staff there were totally opposite and on first name terms.
