From the frontdesk to the bartender we appreciate the really good service and hospitality from the staff. I would also love to feauture an employee named Chris, a bartender who gave us a really good experience. He was very charismatic and was smiling throughout our stay he was able to create meaningful conversations which makes us feel comfortable. He even entertained us while making drinks which I think is very difficult. He was also able to share “lady drinks” which was a creative drink we really loved. If I were to meet people like him whenever I visit a luxury lounge, I would want to always spend my money there. Another employee named Jeremy is really quick-witted, he gives off a very calm and gentle service which we love because he attends to us very quickly, he even initiates service without being asked to, like serving us water while waiting. Well trained employees, they are all unique but all of them are professional and competent at best. **I wasn’t able to take photos that much and I only have one sitting at the lounge area.

Everything is good, breakfast, halo-halo is the best! Reception staff Jessa is very accomodating as well as the rest. Nurse Jay-Ar is excellent in taking our blood pressure, taking & retaking again after finding out that we 4 seniors have high BP. He even gave me paracetamol to lessen my headache. What a very responsible nurse. The staff at the coffee shop were all attentive & superb too. Concierge & maintenance guys were very helpful too. The only downside is Baguio is not as cold as it used to be 30-40 years ago. Therefore I strongly suggest that rooms should be airconditioned for more comfort. In all, we highly recommend Le Monet to everyone.

Thr location is good. Nice view. The staff is very accomodating. Cons no complimentary water bottles in the room. Coffee is not good at the breakfast buffet. Don’t expect aircondition in the room. Because its Baguio, the wind is a bit chilly but its not too cold all the time. They have ceiling fans in the room and the receptionist sat you can request for electric fan. Over all was a pleasant stay

Poor Customer Service. I made reservations (via email and calls) for our company staff for an event, upon check-in of our company staff , front desk informed that no reservations were made.To make matters worse, nobody's answering my calls.Such a traumatic experience! What kind of hotel is this? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It was my first exploration for red doors and all I can is positive the place is convenient with strong wifi and parking.. hope they can accept food service in this hotel soon..

I thought I had booked the newer hotel, but when I got there, there were two hotels, the Hotel Supreme, old and new (not so new). We got there around 10 pm and felt hungry. There's no open store or restaurant nearby, but luckily, there's available grab food delivery. The Hotel looks old and dark, but the area is clean. The room is suitable for two people, but the lighting is dark. It's clean, and the price is right. I requested an additional bed since another person would stay for one night; I paid 500 pesos. There is a complimentary breakfast for two, and you must pay 200 for an extra person. My other friend stayed only for one night, which I mentioned to the helpdesk. When I called the helpdesk, I requested to pull out of the bed and told her that my friend would not stay anymore and was unsure if they would charge us (another 500 for an extra bed) for another night if they did not pull it out. The helpdesk told me that we would need to pay since the checkout was only at noon. They should have informed us if this is the protocol for additional beds. What if the bed will stay in our room for four days? I will be charged 2000 pesos since the extra bed has yet to be pulled out. Anyway, it was a good stay. The service crews are approachable, and they clean the room every day.

PPengguna TetamuThis is our first time with Microtel by Wyndham Baguio. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my family, we had an incredible experience. The area and room are clean, the lobby smells wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also good, the taste, servings, and selection were acceptable. The Wi-Fi is okay, but sometimes it's cutting in and out (we stayed on the lower ground). But one thing made this hotel superb is the people. The staff from the front desk are professional, reliable, and courteous. The housekeepers greet you with a smile, even the security guards are hospitable. The location was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Keep it up 😀

DDeBrieOur stay was very good. The place was very welcoming and homey. Their rooms are very spacious and it has a balcony that you can sit on and enjoy the city view. They also provide a variety of breakfast options which is affordable. They also take initiative to provide any requests from their guests that we truly appreciate. It would have been great if they provided quilts or duvets and some additional pillows to rest your head instead of thin sheets. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at NYC Manhattan Suites. We would love to come back again in the future.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that there’s no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SM’s dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. She just gave a “wala na kaming magagawa” answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.

PPengguna TetamuCheck-in was fast, i had to check the room they were going to give me the day before, and it was in the back so was fairly quiet. View from my room was the back porch of a residential area, but was relatively quiet. I needed time to recharge and catch some sleep and that i did! Wifi was intermittent and slow coz my room was at the far end, but at least i didn't have to suffer with people and kids walking by my room( i heard kids roaming around just a bit), and sound-proofed enough. Bathroom was clean, all-glass (door doubled up as shower door for privacy) basic toiletries were provided as well as the towels which faintly smelled of chlorine. I did brought alcohol sprays and sanitizers and cleaned the room myself. Air-conditioning was cool enough and muted all the ambient noise outside (a plus for me), huge flat-screen tv was good enough, but had all those cable channels in a foreign language. Bed was a surprise coz i was expecting a springy or noisy matress, but it was neither soft nor rock hard, just firm enough for my back(had a good sleep), and pillows good too( just bring your own pillowcases). Breakfast was included in the room and i was alone so i had 2 servings, the dried fish, and the sausages with eggs,plus unlimited coffee and juice. Hotel has an in-house restaurant which served mostly Asian food, i didn't ask if they still have a buffet coz they had one before the pandemic. There's a well-known restaurant too in the ground floor of the hotel and i think you can order food there too if you want to eat in. (just stayed away from the crowd) Clean room, clean bathroom, and breakfast. Small luxuries with a quiet room. Reasonable rates. Good enough for 4 stars out of 5 for me.

CClarenceOur stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.

PPengguna TetamuMetro Pines is pretty much average except that it's in a great location. On the ground floor, there's Watson's and a coffeeshop. Just right off the corner there's GoodTaste Restaurant which lives up to its name of serving good at good prices. It's best though to eat there during off peak hours because the queue can be likened to a KPop concert. ;) That's an exaggeration, but the lines do get really, really long. Like a blockbuster movie.. really. You can also see Burnham Park from the balcony and a short walking distance away. And I think it's surrounded by ukay-ukay shops but at that time, they were closed. If you're on a budget and want to enjoy the city proper, Metro Pines is the perfect choice.

We stayed at the 456 Hotel for three nights as it was recommended by a friend. But before I review the property, I'll first of all address the 500 peso fee to use the air conditioners: this should be posted on the hotel page in *******, Agoda etc and I get understand people's annoyance at that. However, this is Baguio City, you probably won't need an AC and the electric fan provided is more than adequate if you get a bit hot after a walk up the hill. Now that that's out of the way... The 456 Le Grand is a budget hotel that is a ten minute downhill walk to Burnham Park. Staff are polite, competent and greet you throughout the building. Breakfast is ordered at reception each morning and takes no more than 15 minutes to arrive. (It's cooked to order). In the meantime, you can help yourself to unlimited brewed coffee which tasted great - and there is also iced tea / fruit juice available too. There is a Chinese restaurant that we didn't visit but the menu looked great. The gym is a mess and needs to have its equipment repaired - but that being said, a one hour loop around the Burnham Park and back up the hill to the hotel will burn 500 calories with the elevation and the mountain air is great. The rooms are clean and while the bed came with only two soft pillows, a quick call to reception and two more were provided with no fuss. As I said, it's a budget hotel so don't expect miracles. However, if you want a clean place to stay with friendly staff and access to the city centre just a short stroll away then you can't go wrong with the 456 Hotel. We will be using again for sure.
