Is a beautiful hotel facing the mountain. We were upgraded to premier from deluxe. Room is bigger with sofa and a large balcony. Main lobby at level 1 and there is another entrance on 15th floor which will lead to the road nearer to Sapa Station. Along this road it has many shops and restaurants. Moana is also nearby. Breakfast has many varieties. Staff are friendly. Bed is comfortable and shower pressure is great. Do not need air conditioning as outdoor is 5 degrees. Can walk to Sapa station.

Exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel and you could feel that you’re being treated as a vip guest in this hotel by most staff.
We were early before the check in time and room wasn’t ready yet. They pampered us with their hot chocolate welcome drink and offered to let us explore the 7th floor where their Instagrammable swimming pool is located. We accepted n loved it! It was empty as much guests have checked out.
We booked the Classic Twin Room thru trip.com to celebrate our friendsary of 23years and we were spoilt by the hotel de la coupole mcgallery’s manager, Grace. She upgraded our room to superior twin room that comes with an extra balcony and gave us a lovely sweet treats and fruit platter 🥰🥰❤️🔥❤️🔥
The bathroom was huge and they even took special efforts to decorate our room. Special thank you to the team who put up this! Your exceptional hospitality surprised us n made it so memorable for us 🥹🤩🥳
Our room no. was 625 and we could see hues of the sunrise from the balcony. Bed was exceptionally comfy and room was warm and cosy despite the cold winter. This was such an awesome staycation and memorable friendsary celebration.
We went to the bar during 9+ for a drink and to take beautiful photos of it. So much to do if you love photo taking. Many more instragrammable worthy spots in the hotel lobby and 10th floor.
Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet on the 10th floor in their Chic restaurant. This hotel amazes me with their interior and details paid to their decoration. Astounding! Please take time to enjoy the breakfast and taking photos outside the restaurant.
Would highly recommend this luxurious hotel if you’re here in sapa!

although the weather was not desirable while we were there, our stay at pistachio hotel was amazing. it is close enough to main sapa town (access though the first floor). the reception is on the 6th floor.
the service staff were very friendly though we did not interact much. we booked a superior room but were upgraded to the deluxe room at check in, which came with a balcony. a pity we could not enjoy any views as it was foggy throughout our 2 nights there. we could only imagine the view. we can also see the funicular tracks from sapa station to the cable car station. the decor of the hotel is very modern.
the room was very clean and spacious. amenities given were more than sufficient. beds were comfortable. the hotel breakfast is also a nice spread. the hotel does provide umbrellas if it is raining (subject to availability). the infinity pool looked like it would be amazing if only the weather would cooperate! overall highly recommended

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

The hotel has been nothing but amazing. The only downside was that the weather was foggy thus unable to see a proper view during the daytime and night time. Nonetheless on a perfect weather, i am certain the room would have an impeccable view. I would like to special mention Ms. Vivian Nguyen for the special arrangement made for the special occasion of celebrating my partners birthday. The team’s attention to detail with utmost service made my partners experience a memorable one. I sure we would love to return again

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement
We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am.
I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up.
A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself.
After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated.
Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly.
Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing.
Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area.
Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

Amazing stay at Sapa Town! The location is walking distance to the shops in town but not too near so much so that we can still enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place. Aliana hotel is the place to stay for when you visit Sapa Town not only their beds are comfortable, the room space and service is great! Kudos to Loang and the team at Aliana who speaks great English and provided excellent hospitality and service!

We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour.
It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered.
The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay.

Although the spa was closed due to New Year festivities, all in this hotel is truly amazing. The service and food are excellent, and the staff members are friendly.

- 입구에서 나와서 오른쪽 계단으로 올라가면 함롱산 입구
- 입구에서 왼쪽으로 나와서 계단으로 내려가면 사파역이나 깟깟마을 가는길
(트레블월렛 가능한 ATM, 콩카페, 마트 등도 여기에 있음)
- 사파 호수까지는 도보로 약 10분정도 거리
- 전반적으로 사파에서 여행 측면에서는 좋은 위치에 있음
(판시판, 깟깟마을, 성당 등 어느쪽으로 가기에도 좋은 위치)

- 테라스가 있어서 경치도 좋은편
- 샤워실은 좀 좁은편, 수압은 다 좋음, 물빠짐은 조금 잘 안됨
- 비데 설치되어 있는건 매우 좋음
- 어메니티는 좋은편이고 드라이기도 바람도 강하고 설치 위치도 좋음
- 멀티탭이 있어서 충전에는 불편함이 없음
- 꽤 청결한 편이고 특별하게 벌레등은 못봄
- 냉난방기 설치되어 있으며 작동은 문제없이 되었음
서비스
- 조식은 메뉴 12~15개 정도 되는 것 같고(뷔페식), 주문 가능한 메뉴가 10개정도 됨
- 조식 꽤 맛있는 편이고, 보통 오믈렛 많이 먹는데 맛있음
- 직원의 경우 영어 잘하고, 매우 친절함
가격이 어느정도 되기는 하지만 사파에서는 여행/투어에 큰 시간이 소요되지 않기 때문에 호텔 자체를 어느정도 괜찮은데로 정하는 것 추천
전반적으로 고급 호텔은 아니지만 딱히 불편한게 없었던 숙소였음
특히 위치가 소수민족 트레킹 가는게 아닌이상 이쪽 구역 주변에서 다 걸어서 갈 수 있기 때문에 매우 편했음
(일반적으로 한국인들이 많이 가는 식당도 대부분 이 주위에 있음)

EEunice MarginelOur stay was no more than pleasant. The hotel’s best asset is their amazing staff. We arrived around 6am and we are able to get an early checked in and not only that, we’ve got our room upgraded for a nice view, just because.
Also, shout out to their best staff, Ruby. She has an amazing smile and she keeps us entertained during breakfast. (See picture to see Ruby)

LLizzieWAfter 4 days on the ha giang loop we wanted to find somewhere to rest and relax. We were so impressed by this hotel that we booked an extra night, it’s easily the nicest place we have stayed in Vietnam and such great value for money. The hotel and rooms are really well kept and gorgeously decorated, beds super comfortable and cleaned each day. We had a minor issue with the heat for the shower which they fixed within 10 minutes and didn’t have an issue with after that - the shower is the best we have had in Vietnam too it was hot with good pressure. The reception staff are so kind and helpful which gives the hotel a personal touch. There was a huge selection for breakfast. Location is just out of the hustle and bustle so it’s nice and quiet but everything you need is a short walk away! I often question the legitimacy of reviews for hotels but can confirm this one is worth every penny!

GGK.ODude, Green Sapa Homestay was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the moment I checked in to when I left. My room was spotless and comfy, had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of options. Plus, the location was perfect easy walk to the market and restaurants, and close to all the Sapa sights. Seriously, you gotta stay there if you're going to Sapa. You won't regret it!

EEdmund Huan ShengI’m not sure if it was due to the travel period in winter, the pre-Tet festival season, or something else, but the hotel seemed to have fewer customers than expected. I didn’t see many travelers, and the room was only available starting at 2 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient.
On the positive side, the staff was very polite and spoke English well, which made communication easy. The room itself was average but comfortable.

NncyVery friendly and English speaking receptionist. He helped us book a taxi and tickets for Rong May Glass Bridge online. Would recommend if u are traveling to Sapa on Sapa Express bus as the drop off point is only a minute walk away from the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuVery nice and relax hotel. Arrived in the morning around 4+ and was upset that we can’t get to the hotel because of road work. Cars not allowed to drive over hence we need to stop at the construction site and carry our luggage to walk over the uneven road ( muddy and many stones). Not a long distance but I think the hotel management should notify the customers on this as it is really a hassle. Overall, the hotel is very comfy
