The hotel stay was such an amazing experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious and had a luxury feel to it, and the housekeeping was done really well, which made our stay very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect as we made plans to explore places near darling habour and circular quay, which helped us to save significant time when travelling around. We also opted for the daily breakfast, which had a good selection of breakfast items, and we were able to start our day well because of the good breakfast. I will definitely choose Crowne Plaza again should I visit Sydney again :)

The hotel room is very comfortable and clean. Just the amenities they offer looks like they are lack of stock in regards with the tiny coffee packets and quality of this. Please leave more than a couple of them, especially when 2 people are staying and the price of the room. Also they were unable to give me late check out at 2PM, to charge 20 usd extra for 2 hrs is not good, especially when they are not full and I have stayed other times before. Thanks.

I have stayed at HISA about 3 times in the last 13 months, the night before an international early morning flight. I like evrything about this hotel. Reception staff are friendly, courteous, professional and efficient and it usually doesn't take too long to check in. It's a short walk from Mascot Railway Station, so you can catch a train direct to the hotel from anywhere in the Sydney area or connect from a regional service. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor were great. Prices reasonable and tasty, comfort food. Bed was great and there is a drop-off service to the domestic and reasonable airports at a very reasonable price, or you can walk back to the railway station and catch a train to domestic or international airport (one or 2 stops). I recommended this hotel to my brother on his recent trip, and he loved it, and I love it. i'll be back.

酒店職員服務熱誠笑容可加,早到check in 也可給與入住,唯獨早check in房間只有低層可即時提供,本人要求到高一點之樓層,後來也按排到。設施雖然不多,但少少的一個泳池和配合外面的沙灘景緻,非常優美！至於早餐非常美味,精緻健康,早餐要有嘅嘢都有,又不時補充。 房間非常大又有陽台,只係洗手間有点歷史嘅痕跡,舊一点而已。

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend away at the Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury to celebrate our anniversary. Beautifully renovated historical hotel surrounded by manicured gardens, with the best buffet breakfast in their lovely Gazebo Restaurant. We stayed in the spacious junior suite with a small balcony which had beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains in the distance. Our room also had all the modern tech with the latest gadgets to fully enjoy our stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a shout out particularly to Paris who gave us excellent local recommendations and was more than happy to answer all our questions. An added bonus was a lovely dessert tray and card for our anniversary that the hotel surprised us with when we came back to our room one evening! Highly recommended.
