1. The hotel is in a very good location, convenient for taking the subway, shopping or eating. 2. The room is clean and comfortable, with a complete gym and swimming pool sauna. 3. The receptionist is very professional and friendly. I particularly like the Korean receptionist (Jooeun). She is cute! I wish I could be friends with her, and I regret not asking to take a photo with her.

LOCATION IS TERRIFIC!! Just next by central station. I had a large room, and bed is just fit for me - soft but not too much. But the cleaning is one thing needs to be improved. Not because it quite aged, I got one milk in flthe fridge. Surprised. And the floor needs be vacuumed. Overall, still coming back next time.

Everything you'd expect from 5-Star Accommodation. Excellent location for taking in the main highlights of a short trip to Sydney. Within walking distance of The Opera House, train station, ferry quay, kings park etc. Sizable room, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. No complaints!

We stayed for 1 night and had the buffet breakfast. Requested for a cot and a high chair upon check-in and they were ready when we got in to the room! We booked the two-bedroom deluxe, they were interconnected and very spacious with a modern kitchen. The room was clean and there was milk in the fridge. Our room didn’t have a nespresso machine though, such a shame because the details said it should. The tv remote in the main room wasn’t working but we only stayed for the night and it didn’t bother us. I like that they have robes and slippers ready to wear. The beds weren’t very comfortable though, we all struggled to get a good night sleep. Check-in was a breeze, all the staff were so easy go talk to. The car park was on-site which was great. The hotel’s location is its best feature as it’s so close to everything — train station, woolies, restaurants, cinemas etc. it’s even connected to Regents Place at Level 10. I could not fault the staff. They are just so friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their faces. They were also very quick go respond. The breakfast buffet was amazing and food was great, although it was disappointing that they still charged us full walk-in rate $32 instead of pre-book $28 each even though I told them that I tried to book online and via phone and spoke to Vincent. That’s why I’m only rating it 4/5 stars. Will return soon though :)

Overall room was clean, however the USB port in the bedroom did not work, the alarm clock was not set and had an extremely annoying buzz, resulting in I had to unplug it anyway. The directions to the parking was extremely poor, no mention of a lift being used or what to expect. I suggested a flyer could be done to answer any questions for customers needing to use the car park service. There was little to no engagement of the staff about this and were only able to restate the poor information that was already given. I felt like a number and not a paying customer. It would seem your attention to details is lacking, and this would flow down from management to floor staff.

I first stayed at Sydney Hilton in 2006 and the quality is still of that high standard after many years. It’s always great to meet good people, I always look forward to be welcomed by reception staff. On this occasion, Alisa was exceptional. When I asked for a specific room, which was unavailable, Alisa offered a room upgrade, which came with executive lounge access. This was greatly appreciated, as the Lounge on the 36th floor is one of the highlights of staying at the Hilton. It really did make my stay much more memorable. The location is unbeatable. It’s in the middle of CBD and only 10 min walk to circular Quay. We did not stay in the heritage room, instead, we chose the tower room. TBH, we expected nicer interior design. The furniture gave us an IKEA feel. Fullerton in both Singapore and HK is very nicely done. When we turned on the hot water for either shower or bath, it makes a screeching noise sometimes, which was not pleasant to hear. Anyway, the room is clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good too. Overall, the staff were really good!

We had an amazing stay at the Grace hotel. It is conveniently situated in the CBD area and has nice, spacious rooms with complimentary beverages. I would especially like to thank housekeeping team: I forgot my airpods' earphone in the room and it was found very quickly. Moreover, the hotel offers a service for the delivery of lost items, which is extremely convenient especially for those who do not visit Sydney regularly. I definitely recommend this place and will certainly stay there again when I visit Sydney next time.

Location is King, it’s within walking distance to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Pitt Street Mall, QVB. Walking distance to bus stops, light rail stop and subway., so you can literally spidering out anywhere in Sydney. The room I already check in was a standard room which I reserved, it’s a very nice room, however, the TV was not working and took the engineer over 20 minutes still not able to fix it. Per my request in changing to another room (which I expected to be another standard room), gratefully they offered me a better room on the top floor with a side view of Sydney bridge on the balcony Most hotels will encourage its guests to leave towels on the rack for environmental reason. Yet they always changed it anyway. And the Radisson Blu Plaza is the one hotel whose house keeping do really leave your towel on the rack. Well done. Knowledge on tourist attraction varies from one concierge from another. Really see if you are lucky that day. But overall I highly recommend this hotel in terms of service , location, comfort and hospitality I planned to have a dip in the hotel pool before heading to airport. Yet it’s not possible with a number of kids playing balls and making big splash dive into the pool, making other people using the pool not possible. Security guards were there twice to stop that, yet the moment they left, activities resumed. Hope the parents can be more considerate as it’s not a big pool
