Ulasan Hilton Sydney

We chose this hotel for its location. Just step outside and you can hop on a tram to head down to Circular Quay or up towards Broadway. Great view from room too. The hotel was very clean; the foyer, the elevators, the hallways and the room. The extra bed for our teenager was very uncomfortable and certainly not worth the quoted $110 per night. We had to ask for extra towels/cup/glassware as there were three of us in the room. The main bed was comfortable but one of the legs/wheels was broken. The main television in the room did not work at all for the first 24 hours of our stay due to a "global network failure". It was only after this was fixed that we were able to discover the amenities/facilities offered by the hotel. Complimentary water bottles were only replenished once in a three-night stay, and used glasses were not always replaced/washed by housekeeping. The staff were pleasant enough but I expected a better overall experience staying at Hilton Sydney.

Convenience the location close to the train station. The bed was nice. I have a good sleep Beautiful view just opposite QVB building

Our stay was excellent, rooms were very clean & modern, the staff were great, came across them at the buffet breakfast, executive lounge & at the glass brassiere for dinner & they're very pleasant.

The hotel rooms were great and spacious. Services were great and the lobby is beautiful.

Best location in the heart of Sydney - so convenient!

Spacious room, right located in the middle of cbd next to Townhall station. Breakfast is awesome.

Love the central location just five minutes from town hall.

Excellent location. The Marble Bar at the hotel is also a must-go!

they never clean our room properly.. and housekeeping came 2hrs later.. so slow respons..

I first stayed at Sydney Hilton in 2006 and the quality is still of that high standard after many years. It’s always great to meet good people, I always look forward to be welcomed by reception staff. On this occasion, Alisa was exceptional. When I asked for a specific room, which was unavailable, Alisa offered a room upgrade, which came with executive lounge access. This was greatly appreciated, as the Lounge on the 36th floor is one of the highlights of staying at the Hilton. It really did make my stay much more memorable. Well done to reception staff, and Alisa particularly. Good job. Darren

Great location, friendly staff.

Service phone line always busy , no one answer. Room with many special noise due to wooden furniture expansion, quite annoying especially at night during sleeping. House keeping no one refill shower shampoo even several reminder sent .

Everything was nice

Very nice great area very close to shops and places to eat ,great Sauna and pool just a great place to be
