APX World Square

Decent hotel in a great location in the city. Rooms are a bit outdated but large and appear to be undergoing renovations.

Dear Management Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at [APX WORLD SQUARE ] and unfortunately, I must share some concerning feedback regarding my experience. During my stay, there were several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and satisfaction. Firstly, there was a lack of room service throughout my stay, and the amenities were not replenished daily as expected. The provision of 20ml bottles for a four-day period was inadequate, and the subsequent replacements were of subpar quality. Furthermore, the condition of the towels provided was unsatisfactory; they were stinky and appeared to be in poor condition. Additionally, despite the supposed room service provided after four days, the carpets remained uncleaned. Moreover, I observed a lack of professionalism and hospitality from the staff, particularly the lady at the reception. Her demeanor lacked warmth and welcoming, which is essential for guest satisfaction. While I appreciate the hotel’s convenient location, I regret to say that the overall service fell far below expectations. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, as it did not meet the standards expected for the price paid. Air con is cold and close to the street , abit noisy

It was alright, preferred if the room was nicer as it looks converted. Service was okay too.

I was pleased with everything else when I stayed here, but I would like to say two improvements. The doors of the lobby didn't close properly, so a homeless man followed me into the hotel. But the staff was just irresponsible saying that that door sometimes doesn't close. And one more. Your hotel didn't do housekeeping after i extended. The day(23th) I extended my stay was the day I received housekeeping. But he said there was no housekeeping on extended days. Instead, he said he would do it tomorrow(24th). But he didn't. So I went to the reception on the 24th. The staff wearing hijabs told me that they would do it tomorrow(25th). But there was no housekeeping on the 25th. On the 25th, i visited the reception again and asked her to housekeep, but she said. "You're checking out tomorrow. So i'm not asking for your housekeeping." Is it right? She gave me a **** even though she knew I'd stayed here a long time. I'm upset that I went through this unpleasant thing at the end. I hope it will be improved so that things like me don't happen.

Great location with world square just across the road. Housekeeping standards have really dropped over the years. My apartment was missing a kettle and toaster, however when requested the receptionist was very lovely and promptly brought a new one up to my apartment. Wardrobes had items still in them left behind from previous guests and their was chewing gum stuck to the side of the television in the bedroom
