Ulasan The York by Swiss-Belhotel

The check-in and check-out process is courteous and quick. Breakfast was at a hotel nearby and the food and variety were excellent. We did not use the facilities but were told their spa was recommended. There was a clothes washing machine and detergent provided which we used. It is of 1 room apartment hotel type and as there were 3 of us the sofa in the living room was converted to a bed. Overall our stay was comfortable and we can have a restful sleep. The location is close to tram and train stations and is good for moving around Sydney CBD and its environs including the airport. It is also close to attractions like Circular Quay and The Rocks. There was ongoing renovation but it did not bother us. The place was air-conditioned, but we did not use it as the apartment's temperature was comfortable enough.

Great Stay! The 3-bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms. Suited for a family trip. Also have laundry facilities in the apartment itself. Proximity to Sydney's main attractions too! Staffs at the Reception very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very dated, needs to be freshened up dramatically,. When I walked in the room my comment was OHH this is it., the air con system would be 25 years old and dirty ., quite disappointing considering the fantastic location

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was a 1 bedroom apartment and very well appointed. I did have to ask for coffee and teabags to be replaced and that did not happen but I could have simply got some from reception if a big issue. There is no restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel but plenty of options outside or the kitchen could be used for making yourself

定的二居室，沒有踩雷，房間很寬敞，地段很不錯，去哪裡都方便，步行去悉尼歌劇院也不遠。下次來還會選這家。

酒店位置非常好，去歌劇院很方便，周圍有兩個Coles和很多葯房，購物非常方便。重點表揚下前台，一位頭髮中長，微卷黑髮的小哥哥，非常耐心友好，我們退房後發現忘記東西在房間裏，立刻上去幫我們取。早餐非常不錯，是在隔壁五星酒店，前台可以寄存行李。酒店設施齊全，就是有點老舊，整體比較滿意。

뷰도 나쁘지않고 주방이 있고 방이 넓은 건 좋앗지만 주방이 좀 지저분한편. 전에 묵은 사람들이 고기를 구워먹고나서 기름이 튄건지 주방 바당 타일이 엄청 미끌거림ㅎㅎ..

6晚包早餐住宿，價錢港幣約二萬4，牙擦拖鞋也沒有提供，連樽裝水也沒有提供，房間空間雖然大，但衛生實在需要改善，除了睡床及梳化無塵，全房間包括戶外露台也封塵，露台踩落去是黑色的！！露台放了幾盤沒有人打理的爛花乾花，洗衣房除地下外，全部封塵，有乾衣及洗衣兩部機，乾衣機壞了不能用，洗衣機可以用，洗衫後只能將衣服放露台曬，每日雖然有人清潔房間，但未有換過被鋪，只是將原有被鋪整齊鋪回床，起初頭兩天未有發覺，到第三天覺得有問題，所以做了記認，酒店不能不承認，因為我們有拍照被鋪作記認的！！實在太過份！！另外有一天，房間只清潔了一半，因為其中一間廁所毛巾也沒有清走，不知道是甚麼原因，其中一天清潔房間後未有補充新毛巾，打電話前台，一小時後仍未送上，最後直接到前台，職員居然話唔記得，話晚上只有佢自己一個人工作！！6晚酒店也沒有加沐浴露，我哋4人用，只得半樽，最後一晚，我哋要改用圓形梘，因為不想再打前台了！還有冷氣機，應該係80年代嘅產物，太舊太舊了！ 值得讚嘅係廚房，用具算新，有洗碗機焗爐微波爐，我哋都煮咗幾次嘢食。 地理位置的確方便，但用咗二萬幾蚊住6晚禁污糟嘅房，很不值，真心建議不要再踩雷！！！

酒店位置離達令港十分鐘步行，周邊配套方便，離地鐵口也很近，坐兩站就到悉尼大橋。酒店設施除下水管道緩慢，其餘還好，適合四至五口出行，附近有大型超市買菜做飯。對洗衣機乾衣機是超讚的，因為長途跋涉，可減少帶衣服的重量

酒店位置挺好，距離景點和購物中心較近，遊覽、購物和用餐挺方便。酒店洗手間裏的洗手池有點兒淺，下水不是很通暢時，水易溢出。

因為剛好是太遠了，所以説我們當時選了很多酒店在哪個地方到9:00都挺貴的，然後選的這個上我的一個房間價格可以。最後因為入住不了加了一個床，服務很好，值得推薦

基礎設施陳舊，關鍵是位置在大馬路中間，非常的吵鬧，而且這個酒店什麼也協商不了，換房型也不行，降低房型為了能連住也不行，很吵睡不着覺要求換房也不行，退就更不用説啦，完全沒商量，很差，而且我們春節期間定的，價格也很貴，跟旁邊索菲特一個價，不如去住索菲特，睡眠質量不好的儘量不要定這裏
