Hotel was not clean, kettle was full of dust could not even use at all. did not want to drink dust water with dirty kettle. and mirror was full of dust and carpet was dirty as well. Also I have booked total 3people with little girl for set price from the website, they have charged the money with extra person without telling me. After the conversation, the manager said they have given me single extra bed without my request and charge the money. The extra single bed they provided we did never even touched it! What is the reason for the people to booked in from website if they going to charge the money themselves everything own they thought without the telling the customer. before you want to charge the money please clean the hotel properly first and provided better service. even I checkout at 9:30am next morning nobody was in the reception to serve the customer. very very disappoint the service you provided now I am awaiting to refund money they charged me different from the website. If you want to charge extra you need to speak to customer before they enter the room and make sure what they want and what you are going to do then you can let customer know how you going to charge with what service and rules then customer will understand. without explain and information you should never charged the money dodge way. what you are doing is completely wrong. should never happened with anyone who visited and pay to you. they never deserve that.

This is an experience!!! The room was perfect and large and comfortable. We did animal view room with a great Koala just feet from us. So cool. The tour of the sanctuary was so fun and the perfect length in time. Having continual access to the zoo was great and we did sections a little at a time as we were coming and going. The breakfast was really nice for an included breakfast. The views are excellent. Utilizing the bus and ferry to go back and forth to Sydney was simple and easy. I don't know if we will make it back to Sydney, but if we do, we will absolutely be staying here again.
Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel

It was a beautiful day, so my husband and I decided to drive to Watsons Bay Hotel, around 1 and 1/ 4 hours away, for lunch. We booked a table the day before and were given a nice spot overlooking the beach. We decided to share and ordered the arancini balls and beef burger, both meals were great and they came out quite quickly. Our only complaint were the staff. The man at the bar was quite rude, just saying ‘and’, then ‘next’ for the next person to order. The young girl that was looking after our area was also quite rude. We literally just finished our lunch and the plates were whipped away. She also just reached in front of me to take away my empty wine glass, no ‘are you finished or ‘excuse me’. My husband still had a couple of sips left in his beer glass but before he could say anything it was gone! I understand that the hotel wants as much patronage as they can but we did feel really rushed and felt that the staff definitely need to be better trained.

Always good vibes in here, the nicest people. Great location near the beach and the center of Manly. Lots of activities to meet new people and an amazing breakfast made every morning by cool people who get creative to amaze as every time with the menu. I love how clean they keep the place and the kitchen and bathrooms always in good conditions. There's yoga classes almost every day and a cinema room available to chill any time. There are fun parties almost every weekend. Very complete service! Very much recommended!

Loved everything about Q station, it is a real. experience not just a hotel, the staff are amazing, nothing was a bother, we were picked up from Manly and driven to reception and then down to our accomodation which is authentic in the heritage buildings overlooking the harbour though the trees, very quite and relaxing. In the evening we had drinks at the Boiler Room again were picked up by minibus and taken back to our room Breakfast at Views was good and it lived up to it's name After checked out we were again. driven down to Manly, great stay, highly recommend it
