酒店位於塔城中心，文化公園邊，安靜舒適，自帶一個大大的停車場。房間天花比較高，高高的窗户，窗外河水潺潺，綠樹掩映，陽光透過樹葉灑進房間，一進去就感覺到很安逸。樓道盡頭的門可以通向公園，沒幾步就到了塔城音樂廳。遺憾的是沒有電梯，需要提着行李箱上樓。

第二次入住了，院內停車方便，前台服務態度非常好，房間乾淨整潔無異味，賓館外就餐方便，會再次入住。

隔音效果極差，前台算不清楚賬目，酒店管理能力非常弱，各種細節做的都很不到位。真的可惜了這麼好的位置和環境。如果外地朋友過來，一定記得要再三跟前台確認費用，他們是靠小本子記賬的，而且交班換人後就會搞不清楚之前的賬目。另外不要換房間，如果換房間一定要結賬後重新入住，不然他們會藉口不知道你之前的房間，所以默認之前的按金也不存在。
所以説那麼多，其實不要在這裏住就對了，這個酒店是我住過的最差勁的一家。從來沒見過這麼混亂的管理。

個人感覺這是塔城最值得去感受的酒店，巨大的廣場式停車場，寬敞的房間，無論是設施或是環境，還有服務都極其享受，酒店西側有一個值得推薦的餐廳，晚餐時間爆滿，都是當地人。遺憾的是沒有拍酒店的照片。

晚上入住時，房間尚未收拾好，工作效率低。房間有異味，剛拖完的地有異味。半夜其他房間客人飲酒，樓道內説話、吵鬧，嚴重影響其他客人休息，無服務人員勸説。
院內環境好，停車位充足。

自駕到塔城定的這間賓館，門口有大院子停車完全不是問題，房間很乾凈整潔，出門左轉再左轉走小河邊步道也可以走大道也可以就到了紅樓，出門右轉走兩條街就是美食街。賓館大門右邊10米左右店鋪有賣饢的，建議買兩個放車上。
