About 8 minutes walk from Tachikawa JR South Exit. The stay was okay. The room was quite hot even with the heat turned off, while the sound of siren or ambulance was quite loud with the window opened. The staff were professional and helpful. They helped me change from smoking to non smoking room. Would stay again

いつも爽やかな笑顔と挨拶で対応してくださり気持ち良く利用させてもらえます。今回はネット予約できた部屋よりも広い部屋を希望していたところ、広めの部屋に泊まることができて良かったです。

チェックイン1時間前に到着して、とりあえず荷物を預かってもらおうとお願いした所、もう部屋の準備が出来ているのでとチェックインさせてもらえました。 そしてチェックイン時やチェックアウト時も各フロントの スタッフの方はすごく感じが良く、気持ちを込めた丁寧な 応対でお出迎えと、お見送りをしてくださって、とても 嬉しかったです。 無料の朝食の飲み物の種類が結構あり、有難かったです。 次回、又利用したいです。

I always use this hotel when I visit Tokyo. This time, I enjoyed shopping, and the department store is 2 minutes from the hotel. A fantastic access!

A nice stay at the heart of Tachikawa. Only 7 minutes walk from Tachikawa Station, via the back entrance. Check-in and out is seamless, using the automatic machines available in the receptions. Thank you Emisia Hotel😍

Overall it’s an okay hotel. Room price is cheap compared to hotels in the same neighbourhood. Amenities and services match the quality of a 2.5/3 star hotel. Location, though, is the main issue. Located right across from a male entertainers club and a male focused massage place. I would advise solo female travellers and parents with kids to refrain from booking this hotel.

As a Japanese visitor, I felt compelled to share my experience in English for international travelers. We chose this hotel for a family celebration, yet despite the high nightly rate of ¥50,000, it appeared to prioritize style over substance, leaving us with a sense of inconsistency. On the bright side, the room boasted a spacious balcony, scenic views, and comfortable beds—features that might appeal to those seeking a retreat. - Dining: We had reserved a table at the lobby restaurant, but there was a glaring lack of coordination between our reservation and the staff. They struggled with menu details and serving, resulting in a disappointing dining experience. So we went to dine at a nearby restaurant outside of SORANO HOTEL, which offered better service and tastier food at a more reasonable price. - Service: Overall, both hotel and restaurant staff lacked hospitality. Their handling of tasks like check-in and check-out felt unpolished and unprofessional. However, there were a few exceptions, notably the foreign staff in the lounge bar, who provided exceptional service. - Eco-Friendly Concept: Despite promoting ”well-being” and ”eco-friendliness,” the hotel's practices felt inconsistent. For instance, the unlabeled and the unsealed water pitcher in our room, supposedly containing Fuji spring water, left us uneasy. Additionally, the bathroom's plastic cups were scratched and cloudy, lacking cleanliness.

ตอนหาข้อมูลคือต้องการแค่ที่พักใกล้ Ajinomoto Stadium ซึ่งเดินทางจริงใช้เวลา 35-45 นาที (แต่จากนาริตะไปโรงแรมใช้เวลาเกือบ 2 ชั่วโมง) พอไปพักจริงคือเกินคาดหวังมาก สถานี Tachikawa ที่ไปลง มีห้างให้เลือกเยอะมาก ตัวสถานีเองก็มีภัตตาคาร/ร้านอาหาร/ร้านขนมเยอะ จนไม่ต้องเข้าไปชินจุกุ/ชิบุยะ(ที่ก็ไปบ่อยแล้ว)เลย มีทั้งของกินของช้อปของแบรนด์ ถ้าเดินไปชั้นล่างของ LUMINE Tachikawa (อยู่ติดกับตัวตึกสถานีเลย สอบถาม information ชั้น 3 ของตึกสถานีก็ได้ มีคนพูดอังกฤษคล่องมาก พอบอกมาจากไทยเขาก็พูด ‘สวัสดี’ ทักทายอีก) เพื่อเข้ามาร์ท(ฟีล ท็อป บิ๊กซี) หรือโซนขายซูซิ/ซาซิมิ ก็มีร้านให้เลือกซื้อเยอะ ราคาไม่แพงแถมอร่อยคุ้มเกินราคามาก โรงแรมก็ตั้งไม่ไกลสถานีมาก เดิน 5-6 นาที ผ่านทั้ง lawson, family mart, newsday ส่วน 7-11 อาจหาเจอยากหน่อยแต่มีอยู่ ส่วนคนชอบบาร์กลางคืน ถ้ากลับดึกอาจจะเห็นคนเมา/สูบบุหรี่เยอะหน่อย เพราะมีร้านนั่งกินนั่งดื่มเยอะเหมือนกัน ส่วนตัวโรงแรม นี่ไปถึงบ่ายโมงได้เช็คอินขึ้นห้องเลย ได้ห้องริมสุดมีหน้าต่างกระจกแบบปิดไม่ให้เราเปิดได้(เห็นวิวเส้นถนน) อีกฝั่งก็ระเบียงกระจก(วิวตึกต่างๆ) พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักมาก ถามทางก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก แต่อาจจะพูด Eng ไม่ค่อยได้แต่ก็ช่วยเหลือเต็มที่มากๆประทับใจมาก ทำให้เราประหยัดเวลาที่จะไปสถานที่ที่ถามมาก แล้วห้องพัก/เตียงก็กว้างขวาง มีไดร์ฟเป่าผม/กาน้ำร้อน/TV/ตู้เย็น/ช้อนส้อมตะเกียบจานชาม/หม้อทำอาหาร/ซิงก์ พวกเครื่องอาบน้ำก็ครบตามสูตรโรงแรม ชุดนอนก็ไม่ต้องพก อยากได้เครื่องล้างจานก็ลงไปขอที่ Reception ได้ นี่รู้สึกเป็นส่วนตัวดีมาก แต่ตอนเช้าเวลา cleansing room เริ่ม 10:00 โมงทุกวัน สำหรับคนนอนเช้า-ตื่นบ่ายแบบนี่รู้สึกเหมือนโดนปลุกตลอดเวลา(เราเอาป้ายไปแปะหน้าประตูได้ว่าไม่ต้องปลุกเราจะนอน) แต่เสียงคนทำความสะอาดก็ดังมาก เหมือนโดนทุบประตูห้องเลย อาจไม่จอยเท่าไหร่แต่ทนไหว สะดุ้งตื่นแล้วหลับต่อได้ พอนี่เอาแต่นอนไม่คลีนซิ่งสักวัน ทุกวันเลยจะได้รับชุดคลุม/ผ้าเช็ดตัว/ผ้าเช็ดผม/ผ้ารองพื้นห้องน้ำ/เครื่องอาบน้ำพวกหมวกคลุมผม-หวี-แปรง-บลาๆ จาก Reception ทุกวันแทน แล้วก็ที่ Reception มีเสิร์ฟชาเขียวด้วย มีหม้อน้ำร้อน-มีซองชาเขียวให้เรากดทำเองได้ แต่บนห้อง/หรือในทุกวันก็จะได้รับซองชาเขียวมาอยู่แล้ว (โรงแรมบางที่เสิร์ฟกาแฟ บางที่ไม่มีเสิร์ฟอะไรเลย) ถ้ามีโอกาสไปแถวนั้นอีก ก็จะไปพักซ้ำที่นี่ ประทับใจมาก *ไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปโรงแรมไว้เลย มีแต่รูปสถานีที่ไปลง กับ ข้อความต้อนรับ

位在電車旁，晚上其實還蠻吵的 以前的住宿價格覺得5-6千一晚還可以 現在都要8-9千了～其實如果這樣子的價格就可以選擇其他地方來住，最起碼不會有電車的吵鬧聲！
