Hotel Tacloban dengan Kolam Renang

The location is very accesible. No need to go out to look for resto as you can just only dial the restautant downstairs to order for food and have it delivered to your room.

They are great in everything, it was my daughter and my husband's first time in Tacloban City, and the hotel picked us up from the airport, I also want to thank their driver for driving me going to the bank before we check-in, When we check-in, there was a smell that the room did not use for a long time, although everything is clean, our bed size matrimonial bed but no breakfast, the restaurant has also limited food, the hotel has an also nearby laundry and many restaurants too. The housekeeping are great and kind people, they help me to find the tablet of my daughter that we thought was lost. They also make sure that our room is clean every day. They also have a great garden and a cute pond that has a lot of fish around. Wifi is fast but there is a small piece of paper that they will give you that you can use for 2 to 3 days and they change passwords. They will give you soap and shampoo for free, no bottled water for free, no fridge, and their tv is not clear to watch. There is also a blackout while we were check-in in, so better to prepare flashlights, once your room is closed you cannot see anything because it is really dark. I have flashlights on hand so it is still okay for me to stay there. Make sure that you stay there first before you pay, because it is non-refundable. When I arrive I thought that we will stay there for 8 straight days but due to work, need to be in different places, but they are still great because they refunded the days that I did not book. Overall it is good, just be aware of the environment in the area because it is dark outside of the hotel. Definitely, I'll stay here again. Masa daftar masuk: 2 petang. sebaik sahaja saya tiba, saya terus diberikan bilik. sangat cekap. Bilik: tidak mempunyai tingkap, walaupun tempahan saya mengatakan ada; 2 katil single, walaupun saya menempah 1 katil queen. untuk harga yang saya bayar dan telah tinggal di hotel ini sebelum ini, saya menjangkakan bilik yang lebih baik walaupun. Internet: ada dan ia berfungsi dengan baik. Kakitangan: tidak begitu prihatin dan sopan kepada tetamu, kecuali barista di kedai kopi yang namanya saya terlupa untuk bertanya. btw, kafe ini menyajikan kek dan pastri yang sangat baik. Restoran: pelayan cepat, makanannya luar biasa dan harganya, berpatutan. Sarapan: datang percuma dengan bilik. bukan bufet tapi masih sedap. Semak: segera dan tanpa kerumitan.

The location is very convenient. It was near all amenities like banks and restaurants. My only problem was, there is no lift for person like me who have knee problem. They were renovating the time we checked in so cleanliness went down for me.

Things that are not available is fine as this is a value for money short term stay in Tacloban downtown proper. Best to award a five star is to strengthen the wifi coverage as the internet is an essential tool for travellers.Stayed at 3rd floor but the coverage is fluctuating to one bar to zero bar.
