The good: once I had the right room, it was great. Great location with a connection to the mall. Great view on a high floor. The bad: I was given the wrong room from the one I booked. The host did not respond until I eventually had to contact trip.com, and they were able to contact the host. Basically, I was able to get the corrwxt room the next day, which was great except for when i discovered there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found in the room. I was given the wrong combo to the room and wouldn't have been able to enter if it wasn't for the help of the nice cleaner. The room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for cleaning after i arrived at checkin time. I had a LOT of problems with booking this place. If not for all the issues, it would have been great. I guests Goodluck to the next guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport. Guards were attentive and helpful. Amenities like 7-Eleven, parking and the cafe downstairs added convenience. Cleanliness and reception staff's warm hospitality impressed. Great value for the price!

The hotel delivers what it promises. The fresh-smelling bedding, well-functioning air conditioning, and excellent shower stood out. I appreciated the convenient desk for studying and plenty of power outlets. Staying on the upper floors minimized noise from the city, making for a peaceful stay. Was not able to avail because I was informed that they have no extra beds for 2 children. Hope I can get a refund

Great location but renter is a Chinese woman who is difficult to understand and instructions not the clearest. Make sure you have a local phone number or Skype to call her for the instructions on the check in. Other than that decent Airbnb style condo studio unit with everything you need and great location. 

The unit is spotless. I Love the interior design. The kitchen appliances and other stuff are complete, and the bathrooms and shower sink has hot water with hair blower too. Towels and bedsheets are bery clean and smells so goood! Very responsive hosts, kind & considerate. The balcony view was the pool and garden, and the pool was big and clean. The bldg receptionist and guards are very hospitable. We will keep coming back to stay 🤩 Thank you 🙏

There was no breakfast involved. The host was very helpful. He let us stay late on our departure date at no extra cost, which was very kind. The accommodation was clean and well kept. It was very much up to our expectations.

Perfect Location and Comfortable Stay! My stay at the brand new One Uptown Residence was amazing! The location is unbeatable, right across from the newest shopping center in Bonifacio Global City, Uptown Mall. It's incredibly convenient with cinemas, a large supermarket, a food court, and plenty of restaurants and shops all nearby. Uptown Parade and famous clubs like Valkyrie and Pool Palace are just a short walk away, making nightlife easily accessible. If you're attending an event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, it's also just across the street, so you can walk there effortlessly. The building’s 6th floor features a fitness and leisure center, offering a gym, yoga room, outdoor swimming pool, billiards room, lounge, children's play area, and a scenic garden—perfect for all kinds of activities. The apartment itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, with clean and comfortable bedding. Whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this is the ideal place to stay in Manila. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the stay! I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience! First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping places around, and it is also convenient to travel. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bed was very comfortable, which made me fully rested. Self check-in with the code was very convenient, and the hotel's gym and swimming pool were also well maintained, which was a good place for me to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and hope to stay here again next time. Thanks to the hotel team for making me spend a great holiday!

Accessibility for everything. The people the employee everyone is greeting you with a smile from the security receptionist Housekeeping on the pool on the elevator everyone will not hesitate to greet you .Accommodating staff The Best as always .

Gem of a place to stay

호텔인줄 알고 예약을 햇습니다 프론트 직원분께 예약한 내역을 보여주니 방번호를 적어주더라구요 호스텔에게서 온 메일을 열어보고 입실하라고 하여 메일을 보고 안내해준 35i 호실로가서 비밀번호를 입력후 입실하려 햇지만 문이안열리버라구요 pin 넘버가 도어락 비밀번호가 아닌가요? 그래서 다시 프론트가서 집주인에게 연결좀 해달라고 햇더니 집주인이 중국인이고 원래 연락이 매우 느리게 된다고만 말을 해주더군요 그래서 3시간동안 기다리다 트립 홈페이지에서 고객센터 번호 확인후 전화도 해봤는데 트립이 아니라고 하더라구요 포기하고 다른곳 잡아서 손님 맞이 햇어요 입실도 못하고 환불도 안되는 상품이여서 굉장히 난처 했습니다 제가 잘몰라서 그런걸수도 있는데 집주인과 연락만 되었어도 참 좋앗을거라 생각되는데 돈도 돈이지만 시간 허비하고 굉장히 불편했습니다 업타운레지던스 35i ......결제만 하고 이용도 못하고 시간만 뺏긴 곳입니다...
