Hotel berhampiran Longtan Waterfall, Tai'an

We were warmly welcomed as internationals in this homestay. The room was clean and included everything we needed. We had great breakfast. The homestay is located a bit uphill but the host drove us downhill. We would recommend to stay here.

We were glad to stay for one night after the 6 hour climb following the imperial route to rest and view the sun rise next morning. However there was no clear signage to direct us to the hotel. After much struggle, we finally found a path via Confucius temple. Staff knocked on our hotel door at 4.20am and we gathered in the lobby before 4.40am. Hotel staff led the guestp to a designated area and waited for the sun rise. We were happy to be able to witness the sun rise. Service by the front desk was great. Our phone was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to attend to us. During checkout, we informed the front desk to charge for the food stain caused by us and front desk staff was kind to waive it. Too bad we did not take down the name of the young man at the front desk who attended to us twice. Checkout was fast with walking distance to the cable car station. Would be great if breakfast was not optional and included in the room price.

It's a nice little hotel with an ancient style building exterior. It is located at the end of the Heavenly Street and the South Heavenly Gate. The room is clean with large double beds, good for family guests. The room also features disposable slippers, tooth brushes and paste, and all you need to take a bath. The hotel states that a hot water shower needs 30 minutes to warm up for the next person although we didn't find that it'd take that long. The mountain air is cool and fresh. We visited at the end of June and needed to keep AC on heat to keep the room warm. The hotel provides wakeup service and organizes a tour group for those who want to see the sunrise. Overall a pleasant experience and I wish we had more time to stay on the mountain top for more than just one night.

不足: 1-電視不行，機頂盒看箇中央1套都卡頓，可能是共用網絡帶寬的關係，體驗不好。 2-馬桶邊上缺一個放手機的置物架，不夠人性化。 3-客房房門隔音效果一般，走廊裏有點聲音聽得一清二楚，幸虧是淡季，住店客人不多。 4-台盆龍頭選型不合理，沒有考慮到洗完手關龍頭時水滴在枱面上，右側枱麪一直濕噠噠的。 優點: 1-前台有2位小姐姐，服務周到熱情，瞭解到我第二天走桃花峪路線，出發時小姐姐主動給我拿2瓶水，説這個線路上沒有商販天熱要帶水。 2-枕頭床墊舒服，扒開枕頭套看到品牌，我下單買了。 3-淋浴冷熱水都很大，沖澡舒服，而且排水流暢不堵垃圾，可見平時及時在清理。 4-富士通空調製冷效果好，聲音還小。 5-11層的酒店配置2部電梯，還算可以，等候時間少。 5-大床房窗外正對泰山，風景好。

酒店位置優越，離泰安站、岱廟、泰山、網紅的餐食店、夜市均不太遠。 酒店安排了視野非常好的樓層，從房間就可以看到泰山，稍顯遺憾的是中間的高層對視野有一定影響。 房間內設施有反應文化的文房墨寶，有迎賓水果，有一次性的浴缸套，總體考慮還是較為周到。 入住小朋友有洗漱套裝，臨行知道我們要爬泰山，贈送了贈送了登山杖以及小朋友的伴手禮，體現了泰安的熱情 總體體驗還不錯，推薦來泰安遊玩的朋友們入住

My recent stay at Atour Tai'an had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day out. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast was good too. However, there were some drawbacks. The hair dryer in the room had a tendency to overheat and stop working, requiring multiple cycles to dry my hair. Additionally, the absence of a heated bidet, a feature I've come to expect, was noticeable. Despite these issues, I would still recommend [Hotel Name] for its comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Improvement in these areas would make for an even better stay.

乾淨衞生，設施齊全現代化，環境優美舒適宜人，服務優質高效，下次還會選擇這裏也會推薦給親人朋友🫰🏻距離高鐵泰安站和天平湖景區以及石敢當遊樂園，泰安老街特別近，非常喜歡。注：泰安老街打車到酒店大約12元。

預訂的親子套房（4人間，4天） 酒店位於泰安老街旁，緊靠愛琴海購物中心，交通很方便，晚上還可以沿着泮河，逛逛老街，品嚐很多小吃 酒店房間大小與裝修很ok，兩個房間相對隔離的比較好，不會相互影響休息。 站在酒店窗前就可以看到泰山，也可以早上看到日出（房間需要向東） 客房部的夜間服務員值守很到位，因為浴缸的花灑漏水，導致洗手間被淹，聯繫客房部值班人員後，很快就趕過來給做了整理。 酒店有專用停車場，很方便 總體來説，性價比很高。 但是也存在一些可以提升的地方 1、房間打掃可以再整潔一些。浴室花灑是帶有污漬的；居住期間，房間打掃，衹是給更換了衞浴用品，房間地面沒有打掃。 2、早餐的配比建議根據房間進行配置，預訂的是4人套間，至少也是3份早餐配比比較合適，但是卻採用和其他標間一樣的配比，體驗感不好；（因為家裡的小朋友比較小，在其他酒店住宿兩天以上，基本上都是免費提供了小童餐，但這裏卻態度很生硬的，必須付費，雖然服務員堅持原則是正確的，但是服務體驗感真的不好）

很少寫評價，今天體驗極佳，簡單評價兩句。 首先，服務特別好，服務員態度非常熱情，仍垃圾這樣的小事都搶着幫忙。 其次，房間比較大，各種細節處理的特別到位，還免費給升了房間，知道有小孩還特意送了禮物，房間裏有洗好的水果。隔音也比較好，比在青島住的貴一倍的酒店要好太多。 最後，房間的環境很好，各種高端感，茶葉也很好，泡出來很清香。 下次還會住，如果有其它地方連鎖，一定首選。

I would recommend this hotel to everyone , it’s one of the best hotel and best staff , the hotel is clean plus convenient , there’s no noise around , and you’ll enjoy the stay there , I got free gifts and welcome fruit as well
