Absolutely perfect! I was pleasantly surprised.

- Very helpful, kind and competent reception staff who checked us in (they speak good English too!)
- Very helpful and friendly staff at breakfast

- Comfortable bed! And nice bedding.

Cons:
- 5-10 min didi to mall/supermarket/food outlets (this really isn’t an issue - you can use didi’s electric mopeds found nearby which is cool)

This is the best four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is atmospheric and simple, with a super queen bed. It's also the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in a hotel.
It comes with a robotic butler to help control all household facilities. The toilet is very spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. Very thoughtful with disposable toilet seat for our use.
The front desk is also responsive, quick action, no drag, to deal with things cleanly.

It's a nice little hotel with an ancient style building exterior. It is located at the end of the Heavenly Street and the South Heavenly Gate. The room is clean with large double beds, good for family guests. The room also features disposable slippers, tooth brushes and paste, and all you need to take a bath. The hotel states that a hot water shower needs 30 minutes to warm up for the next person although we didn't find that it'd take that long. The mountain air is cool and fresh. We visited at the end of June and needed to keep AC on heat to keep the room warm. The hotel provides wakeup service and organizes a tour group for those who want to see the sunrise. Overall a pleasant experience and I wish we had more time to stay on the mountain top for more than just one night.

Very nice hotel with very welcoming staff. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. 5/5 would recommend. The owner was also very nice and offered us a ride down the hill to the tourist center so that we could catch a taxi to the train station.

設施：
這是一家嚴重被低估的酒店，優惠後的價格270左右，就能體驗到五星級的酒店設施，酒店有健身房和游泳池，游泳池的水平也是很高。其次酒店還配了洗衣房，真的要比傳統五星酒店更加便利。
衞生：
衞生方面都很出色，房間沒有浮塵、毛髮等細節問題。整體來説衞生方面不用擔心。
環境：
酒店旁邊就是萬達，因為都是錦江旗下管理的酒店，所以跟希爾頓歡朋公用一棟樓，但是麗芮的樓層更高，這次在12層，明顯能感受到比上次高樓層的水壓更足。
服務：
服務來説也很不錯，入住時會盡可能滿足你的需求，並且熱情主動。房間有個枱燈出現了故障，服務人員也及時幫你解決。總體來説，不管是位置、服務、硬件設施，總體評價，這就是泰安最好的酒店了。
ps：如果房間能標配乳膠枕就更好了，一個軟枕和一個硬枕這種配置，感覺已經有點過時了，而且床品就枕頭不舒服

RRuddyReally had a good nice stay at holiday inn Taian city center, especially the receiptionist Ms. 陈蓉 (if i am not mistaken), she was really helpful by arranging all the car booking because I had to go to Jinan Airport early in the morning, she helped me with all the communication and negotiation with the car booking guy, really thank her a lot, will surely come back again if I go to Taian.

BBenjamin Sch.I booked the guest house since it’s close to the entrance of Taishan‘s Hongmen Entrance. It’s convenient to reach restaurants and other walking areas from there.
The hotel was kind and kept my luggage for one night additionally while I was hiking up.
The loft is minimized for sleeping but has a small terrace outside. The facilities (AC, water, toilet) work all well.
I think they don’t offer breakfast but they made something quickly for me…

TTim in ChinaExcellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them.
The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service.
The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower.
The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple.
Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

SSuz13116I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel! They made my stay in Tai’an extraordinary! The front desk staff are really nice and helpful (there’s a dude there named Vino who speaks good English and is more than happy to help! He’ll treat you like the king or queen that you are!) and the cleaning ladies are exceptional; they were always stocking my room with extra goodies! The view from the hotel was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable! Oh, and the bathroom was EPIC. The pool is a little tiny and kids love to hang out there during the day, so if you’re an avid swimmer, make plans to go in the morning or evening. The gym is small too but it has everything you need!

This is my second time stay with my friends, we booked 4 rooms and the hotel arranged transportation for us from Mount Taishan bus station, picking us up and dropping us off. The driver was helpful, and the manager Mr Wu was very supportive. They are always ready to assist your need . Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining area staff were welcoming. We enjoyed lunch & dinner . Definitely we will stay there again ..

PParsa BarhaghiBooked this homestay by accident thinking it was a hotel. There was quite a fiasco too get to the room, as directions were a bit difficult for me to understand. Regardless the owner was very helpful to make sure I arrive. Upon arrival, some of the homestay wasn’t cleaned (partly my fault as I booked last minute) and was a bit unappealing. The next day in a rush I left and left my hat under the bed. The owner worked with me almost all day to get his maid to meet me at another unit she was cleaning at a different property. The hat has sentimental value to me and the effort put together by both was very heartfelt. The unit would be ideal for a family staying in the area for a few days or weeks.
