Hotel berhampiran Tianshuguan Relic Site, Tai'an

The hotel looked and felt quite new, room was clean and service was very friendly. The location was close to tai mountain and breakfast was way above average.

第二次入住了。寶寶下車後因為一點小事哭鬧，一進門就收到酒店工作人員送的玩偶，還挺喜歡的，睡覺也抱着。 因為酒店沒有小童樂園，有個姓滕的管家（好像叫雅雯）第二天幫忙升級了小童主題的房間，寶寶進屋就玩的很開心，這下在酒店待着就不無聊了。 送餐機器人很可愛，寶寶一直要爸爸推車跟着走～ 就是酒店裡遇到好幾次抽煙的客人，房間一進門也有煙味，這方面管理需要加強。泳池在維護又沒開放，上次元旦來也沒開，有點鬱悶

Checking in and check out was very smooth. Housekeeping (madam 周昱) very courteous and concierge was very helpful in giving directions to where we would like to go. Front desk Rose Leng gave excellent service too. 5 star service! 环境：good

Special thanks to the front desk manager and the front desk girl who were on night shift duty on the 16th of May. I was complaining about the air conditiin was not cool. The manage came to check. Then the front desk lady called me the first time to check me out. They offered me a change of room, which I did. Then she called me again to check me out when I moved to the second room. I respect the dedication.. Professionalism to the highest quality. Yes. The second still not cool enough for my standard... Pls do something about it. Location is great, breakfast is above average. Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

Absolutely perfect! I was pleasantly surprised. Pros: - Very helpful, kind and competent reception staff who checked us in (they speak good English too!) - Very helpful and friendly staff at breakfast - Very clean - Comfortable bed! And nice bedding. - Stunning view of Mount Tai - Very good breakfast - Good aircon! Cons: - 5-10 min didi to mall/supermarket/food outlets (this really isn’t an issue - you can use didi’s electric mopeds found nearby which is cool)

The room was nice, large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The hotel is located not far from the train station and there is a bus going to Taishan mountain from a street near it. We used their pick-up service from the railway station. No drop off service though. Free to use washing machine available. Foreigners are accepted in this hotel.

This is the best four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is atmospheric and simple, with a super queen bed. It's also the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in a hotel. It comes with a robotic butler to help control all household facilities. The toilet is very spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. Very thoughtful with disposable toilet seat for our use. The front desk is also responsive, quick action, no drag, to deal with things cleanly.

If you want to stay at Taian Mountain 태산 area, I like to recommend this great hotel. Particularlyhotel managers Mr. Fred xu and Mr. Charles zhai's excellent customerservice is unforgettable. When you visit ghus hotel call them than you know the reason. Their customer service is precisely perfect and endless kindness. Hotel has excellent quality accommodation including bed and pillows comfortable and clean floor and full equipped bathroom. Much higher equipped than other 5 star hotel. I will stay again definitely. Do not miss best unique breakfast !

The staff and people around are extremely friendly, creating a warm atmosphere in a lovely place. This is my second time stay with my friends, we booked 4 rooms and the hotel arranged transportation for us from Mount Taishan bus station, picking us up and dropping us off. The driver was helpful, and the manager Mr Wu was very supportive. They are always ready to assist your need . Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining area staff were welcoming. We enjoyed lunch & dinner . Definitely we will stay there again ..
