"The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Taicang South Railway Station, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. There's a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the ski resort, which is a thoughtful touch. The inner courtyard has a children's play area, and my kids had a great time. I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again next time."

"The entire hotel is beautiful and very photogenic, with plenty of activities for both adults and children. Since it was a holiday (May 1st), it was crowded, and we had to make reservations for meals as there weren't many dining options nearby. We had a butler service, and they even gave a plush toy to our child upon check-in. The room had a mini-bar, and overall it was decent, with good in-room facilities. However, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and I'm not sure if it was broken as it didn't seem to cool effectively. The bathroom hygiene was poor; there was residual toothpaste on the toothbrush cup, the faucets weren't wiped clean, and there were many water stains on the floor."

"Although the hotel is old-fashioned, I really think it is a good deal. I went to Taicang to stay for a few days when I returned to China. I was too lazy to go to my own house. I would rather stay in Loudong because the cost performance is too high. The room was very clean, the toiletries were complete, the room was large, and it was very comfortable to sleep in with the curtains drawn. Parking is free and the location is in the center of Taicang. The breakfast is also clean, hygienic and delicious, with Taicang meat floss with porridge and freshly ground coffee. It is especially worth mentioning that there is a blood pressure monitor at the elevator entrance on the first floor. I will bring the elderly with me next time."

"I recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!"

Note though: hotel doesn’t provide ice cubes and does not have a fridge in the room"
