Location is about 15min taxi ride from HSR station. The environment is quiet n nice. A lot of nice food places near hotel. Room is very very clean n spacious! There’s an extremely good massage place near hotel like 10 mins walk. We took cab everywhere.

La habitación es sencilla pero para pasar una noche podría estar bien. Sin embargo, las paredes son super delgadas. Escuchas la conversación de junto, cuando se duchan, cuando roncan, se escucha todo. Yo siempre ignoro estos comentarios porque pienso que la gente exagera pero en esta ocasión es muy real.
La habitación tiene un olor fuerte a humedad y a encerrado y si intentas abrir la ventana, no se mantiene abierta. Además de que se ve directo a la calle.
También a ciertas horas, llega mucho olor a comida al baño de la habitación. Imaginamos que llega a través del conducto del aire pero puede ser desagradable estar duchándole con olor a comida.
Aunque no vimos al personal fue atento a través de mensajes.

Hotel is conveniently located about 5 mins walk to mrt station. Room is spacious and clean but furnitures are old. Carpet has lots of stain. No shower screen in bath tub.
Not much varieties for breakfast. Had made tea during breakfast from hot water dispenser and later found there was no tea colour in cup. Then realised water was not hot at all. Informed staff and they checked and discovered dispenser was faulty.

4. Shampoo and shower gel were in the form of small sachets, barely enough for 1 person to use
5. Electrical sockets were behind the beds, you'd need to move the beds to use them. Otherwise there's only 1 socket next to the table and another one in the bathroom next to the toilet
6. Breakfast selection was very limited and in a basement that is relatively dark. There's no hot water dispenser there so if you want to drink tea, you either have to prepare hot water in your room or from the dispenser on the first floor.

Location was not too far from Taichung station. Family room configuration was weird and had nothing to hang your clothes on. We liked the twin room better. Breakfast lack variety but the taste was better than other hotels. At this rate I really can’t complain though. Nice cheap hotel when you’re always out anyway.

Room was clean and good for solo traveller. The common areas were also pretty nice to relax. Also just walking distance to Taichung railway station (and bus stops which will take you all over Taichung) so it is good. Have to tap in using the card given to you to access your own floor, so feel safe as well. I love the rooftop area where I can just drink and wind down after a hard day travelling. Only complaint is the air con in the room doesn't seem to be working so well, so it might feel quite warm (I travelled in the summer). Also the blinds are not good enough to block out all the light coming from outside, so be mindful of that. Otherwise, a pretty good stay for a short trip in Taichung, and even with quite a few homeless people outside around the area, still felt pretty safe even at night

l love it. the location is so convince. it's located right near the train station and there's a bus stop right on front of the hotel. the room was a but small but will fit a family traveller. i didn't open the window a lot but the view of the station was beautiful.
the only downside is that around the hotel there's a lot of food to my taste and restaurant around are not local so we had to go across the station or walk abit far to find food.

Excellent stay! The train station is practically next to the hotel. The staff were lovely; they gave us recommendations and helped us store our luggage after checking out. Would stay again!

KKuen HawThe hotel is near fengjia night market. All toiletries are provided in the hotel room. There is a lounge with complimentary snacks and hot beverages. There is also a laundry area for you to wash your clothes.
Overall, excellent stay. Will book the hotel again if I come Taichung.

What's Good:
1. This is one of the most interesting hotel I stayed in. I like the balcony, can suntan. the layout and design of the room is fabulous. In the morning, when sun shines in, the room is so beautiful.
2. I also like that the room has multiple international plugs, guest don't need to bring international plugs. Hotels all over should adopt this idea.
3. The staff at the counter service very good. Very helpful ladies.
Areas for improvement:
1. The area near cabinet should install a light, at night I want to retrieve my clothes, I cant even see clearly.
2. I like that the toilet bowl has bidet. Too bad its not working. Please repair! Not very nice to rent our an unserviceable room. It's like when you paid $5 for an apple, the vendor gives you a partially rotten apple and expect you to accept it without discount. As a customer, what impression will you have of the vendor?
3. Roof top under repair. Early morning, I was woken up by heavy drilling and hammering. The hotel should be aware there is a guest staying right below. I have to call to ask them to stop. I understand repair needs to be done. Can arrange repairs on days when the 7th floor room is unoccupied?
4. I don't know if the room is infested with rats or ******* or if someone is staying above the 7th floor unit. In the middle of the night, 2-3am, heavy footsteps can be heard, you can hear the floor creek with each steps as if going to collapse!

CCatalyst1999Location was very good, walkable to a number of tourist attractions such as Painted Animation Lane.
Room had the necessary features, though small and tired looking. Comfortable bed. Towels were changed daily but need to be completely replaced. All the towels are very thin.
Breakfast was passable. I had croissant and bread each morning. There was a multi-lingual coffee machine that provided espresso or americano. Cold milk can be added to coffee and heated up in microwave.
Marcus at the front desk was friendly. He helped us out when our travel adapter didn't work.
Overall, a comfortable stay. Just go with an open mind :)

Next, after office hours, the shutter roller of the front counter is closed, hence there will be no access to water dispenser. Maybe hotel should consider to install a water dispenser for stayers to refill water, etc

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocation - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha).
So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market.
It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it.
Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it.
I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient.
The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad.
I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby.
I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again.
(Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card)

XXingThe location is OK, about 10 minutes walk to train station, but not many restaurants nearby. The breakfast is average. There is a coffee maker that you can use 24 hours on the third floor. The city park is just cross the street.

먼지 없고 냄새 안남. 셀프 체크인과 체크아웃인데 프론트에 사장님이 계셔서 체크인은 해주셨고, 간단한 것으로 보임. 다음에 타이중 방문시 다시 올 것임. 아주 만족했음. 캐비넷은 20인치 기내용 캐리어 들어갈 사이즈. 침대 1층 사용하였으나 층고가 높아 2층 사용해도 불편함 없어보임. 객실 들어가기 전 신발은 갈아신고 들어가서 아주 깔끔함.

2. 출입구, 객실 보안카드 사용으로 안전함.
3. 객실은 정말 정말 깔끔하다. 쓰레기통 매일 비워주심.
4. 수건, 칫솔, 치약, 귀마개 제공

1. 화장실 청소 매일 하시는 듯 했으나 찌린내가 심함

3. 온수가 잘 안나옴. 대만도 12월은 꽤 추워서 온수가 필요한데 미지근한 물만나옴.
