Tea Way Hotel

Comfortable room and stay. Their shower gel & shampoo are really good and fragrant. Plus points for that.

I stayed at this hotel 3 times, the first time I thought it was clean, the cleaning service cleaned the bed and rearranged it, the sheets were all tidied up. The floor was clean, for the 2nd and 3rd stays I was very disappointed, the cleaning service was lazy and careless in tidying up, the sheets and blankets were not clean and were not rearranged, they were left scattered, and the 3rd stay, the cleaning button had been pressed but the cleaning service gave the excuse that there was no green button that we pressed, deliberately not cleaning even though we went out in the morning to go for a walk and we returned to the hotel at 1 pm to rest, and it still hadn't been cleaned even though we had really pressed the green button so it would be cleaned because it hadn't been cleaned, please reprimand the cleaning staff again, check the rooms one by one. because the cleaning service worked carelessly. We were very disappointed!

The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and the bus stops to visit the Sun moon lake. The space in the room was good for 2 people. They do cleaning everyday but only to change the towels and not to redo the beds which is not so nice. They are good items available but you need to ask the reception and pay a deposit so it’s important to have extra cash for it and it’s not always convenient. Apart from that it’s a good hotel for a few days to discover Taichung.
