Great for family trip. The service of room was satisfying and quite fast. As soon as we enter our room in third floor, we noticed the size of slippers provided was too large. To our surprise, they took care of the problem almost immediately. I will give the service five star. As for the swimming pool, the quality of water is also good enough for children in 6-12 age group. BTW, thanks for the swimming pool service people. They gave us medication for mosquito biting in emergency. Surely recommended for family trip destination.

大年初四訂房，價格要新台幣8899，不包含早餐和親子樂園門票，我後來仔細看平時週末的價格大約不到新台幣3000就可以訂到，感覺過年期間的價格溢價過高，而旅館的各方面設施與服務皆不值得這個價格。 訂房前有稍微Google，看Google上面寫說是五星級飯店，不知道這個資訊是誰提供的，非常誤導人，加上這家的店名又有”Select”的字樣，就會讓人感覺是比較高端的路線，我就一直以為用很優惠的價格在過年起家訂到一間五星級飯店，殊不知住進這間飯店後真是我近期覺得最不值得，抱怨最多的飯店。 這間飯店的很多地方都還是能讓人感覺到老舊飯店翻修的痕跡，且偷工減料體現在各種細節。是願意花將近9000元住一晚飯店的人都可以很敏銳地察覺到的各種讓人不愉悅的細節。 從開車到地下停車場，就看到了地下停車場的地板非常破舊，我們就知道是老旅館翻修的了，電梯很小很擠，電梯和大廳石材地板老舊黯淡無光，給人的感受真的連四星級都沒有。由於路上塞車，到飯店的時候已經七點，得知飯店的餐廳都沒有營業。只好先寄繼好行李趕緊衝出去找晚餐吃。check- in的時候基本上都沒交待什麼事情，包含打給前台要撥打幾號。吃完晚餐回到房間，一進去就覺得沒有五星酒店的高級感，反而有些老舊家具如老舊茶几&沙發上面都有掉漆卻沒有換掉，降低房間整體質感。後來發現房間居然沒有附礦泉水，只好在勞累了一天之後外出去便利商店買礦泉水(旅館有飲水機，但是沒有提供裝水的大水壺，旅館有自動販賣機，但是故障)。 房間裡的床居然不是獨立筒的，我們真的很久沒有住到這種價位的床不是獨立筒的。這所有的一切，都讓我們覺得在勞累的旅程結束後還要解決各種旅館不夠貼心舒適所帶來的不適，完全沒有一晚將近9000元的價值。能理解現在一些旅館為響應環保加上節省成本，會請顧客自行到飲水機接水，但還是比較少遇到高價位的旅館這樣的。 旅館唯二的兩個優點大概就是1.周邊生活機能還可以，不然我們將近7:30才帶著小小孩出門找吃的真的不知道該怎麼辦，隔天也沒有附早餐。還好步行3分鐘以內的距離都有不錯的早餐店和餐廳有營業2.房間很大 總之覺得是一間很會做行銷的旅館，很多地方沒有仔細看會以為是一間高端酒店，很多地方的行銷照片也都有放親子樂園的照片，有點誤導消費者，消費者如果很忙沒有仔細看，會理所當然的以為住客可以免費使用親子樂園。即使是過年有溢價，也溢價的太過誇張，讓人覺得花的錢相當不值。

服務人員都特別友善而且很貼心 由於是週末入住，所以車輛通往酒店的入口是封住的，加上司機不熟路，所以我只能在酒店附近不遠處下車。 飯店人員得知後，特地出來幫我拿行李辦入住，服務非常好。 晚上回飯店手上拿了大包小包，門口人員也是主動提議可以幫我放進房間，讓我不用回去房間，直接去外面吃用餐～回到房間後發現人員特地幫我把拖鞋都擺好了 這邊服務真的非常好～100分 但是酒店的設計就有諸多不便的細節： 1、衣櫥：我住的房型是有兩個衣櫥，由於兩個衣櫥是在轉角處，所以打開門的時候會影響到，也非常佔空間 2、動線：房間內的動線不太符合一般人，沒有地方放行李，進門口有桌子跟椅子（不是很實用）。如果商務人士需要熨衣服會很不方便、因為熨斗的線很短會卡到廁所的門，再加上熨斗會漏水…椅子的擺設也是卡在浴室門口， 洗漱的時候會卡卡的 3、房間內備品：全新的牙刷備品裡面居然多了一條用過的牙膏…感覺是供應商的品質問題；酒店提供的睡衣領口還破掉….感覺品質非常差 4、酒店位置說實在不太好，因為太市中心，基本上都會塞車，如果是週末還封路….很多司機是不清楚路的，加上如果真的開進去馬路上還會造成安全隱患（因為很多行人） 5、飯店人員專業訓練不夠，入住時有些必要資訊沒有提供 如果再選擇的話應該不會花8000多台幣入住，同價位有更好的選擇～

飯店設施很典雅 房間也乾淨，因帶兩位寶貝飯店準備洗奶瓶清潔劑跟刷子浴盆跟消毒鍋都有，寶貝的床也準備兩張分開睡，還可以在房間內使用晚餐讓我們雙寶爸媽可以有機會吃飯覺得很貼心

Will not come again. This was a horrible experience, I used to stay at this hotel many times years ago, but clearly this is not that same hotel anymore. Staff was friendly, but it was quite chaotic when we checked in, we could not find the bell boy to leave our bags. Breakfast was a joke, we sat in ridiculously low chairs for breakfast, and when I saw the manager, note, the manager not a waitress, picked up a bottle of yogurt from the floor and put back to the bowl for guest, it was quite shocking to me so I asked her why did she do that, she simply said to me ”it's not broken”. What a hotel！！

Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.
