Title: Excellent Stay with Minor Noise Issue and Gym Feedback I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Tainan, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the location was fantastic. It was conveniently close to both the Tainan bus and train stations, making travel around the city effortless. The grand lobby made for a stunning first impression, and upon entering my room, I was delighted to find spacious accommodations that rivaled those of a 5-star hotel. However, the only downside to my otherwise flawless experience was the occasional sound of ambulances from the nearby hospital, especially at night. While it didn't detract too much from my enjoyment, it's worth noting for light sleepers. Next time, I'll request a room facing away from the road to mitigate this issue. Additionally, I made use of the hotel gym during my stay, but I found it to be on the smaller side. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider adding some dumbbells to enhance the workout experience for guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future. Overall, I'd rate my experience a solid 9 out of 10.

於8/20入住，服務人員先安排在 B03 號房，入住時發現冷氣機已經被開啟，遙控器設定為16度，但冷氣機偵測顯示室內溫度為27度，經過半小時觀察，發現冷氣都只有送出常溫風，沒有冷風出來。(在本評論中有附上照片可以查看) 所以第一次向服務人員反映，得到的回應是「要派人員去機房查看維修」。 後來又等了10分鐘，第二次向服務人員反映，得到的回應是「機房位在某間客房的內部，該客房有人入住所以沒辦法檢修冷氣室外機」，我詢問能否協助更換房間，客房人員回覆「可以」，隨後工作人員開始整理隔壁 B04 號房。 服務人員在整理 B04 號房時，我是跟隨在工作人員後面進入 B04 號房一同查看房況，工作人員知道我在意冷氣是否正常，所以開啟冷氣機詢問我是否可以接受，我確定冷風有開始送出，便同意更換到此房間。 但服務人員也同時告知我，B04 號房浴室洗手台上的水龍頭因為固定器脫落導致使用上較不方便，問我接不接受，我想說都已經麻煩對方幫我換房間了，水龍頭這點小事就算了，於是我回覆可以接受。 接著工作人員便開始整理 B04 房間，約莫10分鐘後，我與同行友人便更換至 B04 號房入住，並且向服務人員更換房卡。 於同日晚間接近 23:50 回到房間，準備洗澡的時候，發現水壓異常的低導致蓮蓬頭出水較少且沒有熱水，另外又發現水箱馬桶內沒有蓄水，因此很勉強的用水壓較低的冷水沖完澡。

An older hotel but well-maintained and updated in the heart of old downtown, convenient to public transportation, attractions and restaurants. Room is clean and quiet. Nice free breakfast. professional and courteous staff. Very satisfied.

It very convenient for location & reliable address. It besides ****** if not with children, so we are okay. There also have car park but 40twd charges but we don't have car so we just skip it. The location from train station was mostly near like 15 minu. When we there was no room for 3 ppl so they just give us 4 ppl room. It so comfortable & relaxing as there have long bathroom. However there was no aircon 11am - 1 pm

Fantastic stay at Silks Place, we particularly enjoyed the very spacious rooms, free fruits/tea in the room as well as the heated outdoor pool and the roomy gym.

Had a very memorable stay at Lakeshore. Hotel was comfy and decent size. Location is very good. Easily accessible to all the touristy spots. Right opposite the hotel has plenty of beautiful photo spots too. Booked the hotel for our pre-wedding photoshoot and even the local photographer commended on the room and location. Love it. Buffet breakfast was also decent with wide variety of choices.

入住后發現照片看起來坪數不小，實際入住雙人房大概衹有單人房的大小⋯⋯ 自己入住的房間，蓮蓬頭故障有問題，打開會上下水柱一起流出導致蓮蓬頭水壓不足，洗澡要花非常久的時間，朋友房間衹有昏暗的一盞黃色燈，連回房想看電視都非常吃力！ 民宿房間門衹有木頭門，房間又很小，床鋪距離跟門太近導致隔音效果等於0，隔壁鄰居在說什麼都聽的一清二楚，朋友被隔壁房吵到半夜兩三點才能入睡，隔天一大早又被菸味攻擊，實在很難讓人接受⋯ 退房時遇到小管家，跟對方反映，雖然管家立刻上樓查看是否有菸味，但是清晨的事情到11點退房已經有時間，房間又開着抽風，味道早已消散，其實我們衹是想要民宿一個抱歉或者告訴我們之後會加強房內空間禁菸標示，而不是反過來說，你們沒有聞到煙味⋯⋯難道一早的味覺是幻想嗎？ 蓮蓬頭故障的事情，也說我們可以即時反映，會幫忙換房，但是洗澡時間已經是深夜，也不會有人入住馬上檢查所有設備，客人睡前洗澡還要拖着疲憊身軀再換房嗎？難道上個房客退房后都沒有清潔浴室地板，所以才沒有察覺浴室水龍頭出了問題？ 而且兩間房內衛生紙都衹剩下一兩張，由於裝在麪紙盒內，使用時才發現沒紙，雖然樓下可以拿到補充包，但是又顯示了小管家在細節上完全不用心⋯ 入住時告知的密碼，在我們回去時因為機器設備問題無法使用，雖然我們提前抵達寄放行李，管家發現設備故障應該要即時告知我們，我們在規定的入住下午四點有返回稍作休息，大門完全沒有辦法打開，要不是因為打掃人員還在，也沒有人幫忙開門⋯管家是在超過入住時間才打電話通知我們密碼鎖更換密碼⋯ 整體來說這間民宿是一間不合格的住宿體驗，下次去台南不會再考慮回訪。

The hotel is on a bus route between the Tainan Railway Station and Fort Zeelandia. It occupies several floors of a building with plenty of eateries around. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. It serves a ********* breakfast buffet, including traditonal congee and buns, that may not suit the palate of some westerners. Personally,I pefer some western dishes like fried eggs and bacon. The staff is efficient and courteous in answering my enquiries about the public transport. In any event, I will consider staying in this hotel again.

It's very far from the city center so basically no other dinner option except for the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was completely full and we had to pay extra to get food delivered to us via ubereats.

房間乾淨 隔音還算佳 附近吃的很多 馬桶如果改免治馬桶會更好 浴室水壓強但蓮蓬頭的水溫不易控制 早餐好吃服務人員態度也很棒 會是之後住宿的選擇
