Provintia Hotel

Hotel ber***a dengan perincian yang teliti (bagaimana mereka mempersembahkan sejarah Tainan dan perdagangan lamanya), dispenser air di tingkat 8 sangat bagus dan begitu juga bidet di tandas bilik. Bilik juga dilengkapi dengan manisan tempatan, teh dan kopi. Bonusnya ialah menghantar dari peranti anda ke TV bilik. Sarapan pagi adalah pelbagai dengan dapur yang selesa.

The best ever hotel I've stayed in, although location is way out of the city centre, so getting to places required walking or buses. The room was so comfy and it had everything, the bathroom was so spacious and perfect. Common room had a kitchen, skin, lounge, laundry, fitness room while it had rooms as well. You could pour yourself a free coffee or tea, water dispenser, a vending machine where you could buy your detergent, very convenient. There were a play room, and some required money but some were free. The laundry consists of 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. They take forever to wash your clothes tho. It took 3h just to do laundry and many people were in need of the machines too. I set a timer to come back 1.5h later to pick my clothes up from the washer, but another guest took my clothes out and tossed them into the basket, which made me confused because mine didn't finish using from the timer i set, but hers already finished. By the time I used the dryer, she needed it too, but as first come first serve, we were surprised the dryer was another 1.5h. Laundry curfew is to 10pm, understandable for the rooms on the level. They had a famous bakery few doors down, so we were very excited to be right near it. There is also a bar attached to the hotel, and a welcome drink voucher. We used it at the time when the bar was closed but very happy with our honey lemon ice tea. The hotel buffet is so nice, unlimited serving of beef soup, it was the best thing. Not many food options, yet plenty. Definitely recommended and coming back when in Tainan.

We had a really lovely stay at Provintia. Love the aesthetics, comfortable bed, the amenities and how spotlessly clean it was.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is quite convenient, situated right next to a well-known bakery, which made it easy to grab fresh bread and snacks anytime. There’s also a nice burger place just across the street, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. The surrounding area is lively enough without being too noisy, so it’s a good balance for travelers who want both comfort and accessibility. The hotel itself was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a short stay. While it may not be overly luxurious, it offers good value for convenience.

Great little hipster hotel. Located right near the famous bakery shop Puji. The location is perfect for visiting bars and cafes. The room is spacious and clean. No complaints!

A hip and trendy boutique hotel with great service — the staff are attentive and friendly. The property has a lovely library and a community kitchen, which adds a warm, social touch. Since the hotel is very popular, it was fully booked when I stayed around New Year. Breakfast was separated into hour‑long time slots, and I chose the 9–10 a.m. slot — apparently the most popular one. The breakfast itself was nice, but unfortunately, the dining area was extremely crowded, and I couldn’t get a seat during my designated time. The queue was long, so I ended up taking a takeaway box and eating in my room, without any beverage. Although the space was packed, guests were generally polite and respectful — no pushing or food hoarding, which I truly appreciated. Still, the hotel should really consider expanding or reorganising the breakfast area, as the current setup feels quite inefficient.

Enjoy the stay so much

The bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. The space is a bit limited, but that’s understandable in Taiwan. The bathtub was quite small, so we didn’t end up using it.
