we stayed Nov 15-17/22. the male staff [forgot his name] was very professional, helpful, kind, efficient, pleasant, patience, provided lots of info & tips. hotel very secure which required room key to get in & out of elevator, door to your apt floor & your room. we had a clean, stylish and very spacious room but lack of luggage holder. He brought us a long storage cupboard. had to cover the shower drains after shower to prevent insects getting in & sewage smell. we still smelled scant of sewage even drains were covered. convenient to railway station, eateries and especially close by market very busy on weekend with lots of foods etc etc.

房間乾淨寬敞，沒有異味，洗澡水壓很夠力，在台南玩了一整天回到旅館洗個舒服的熱水澡（還有超大浴缸可以泡澡），消除疲勞超級放鬆～床鋪躺起來也很舒服！馬上就入睡了🙂
但是中式早餐表現不太好😂汽旅的餐點真的都不能期待嗎？🤔🤔🤔
回台北後發現手機充電器沒有帶回來，旅館也幫忙寄回！
整體感覺還是很不錯，以後來台南還會想入住！

除夕夜，安排那麼多服務人力在飯店內，就感覺到致穩對客人的重視。大廳很明亮，房間也很有飯店感,算很乾淨（雖然知道不是全新的房間），上下電梯都有人幫忙開門,早餐我最喜歡担仔麵，很好吃，高湯和肉燥很有味。還有提供牛肉湯。其他基本麵包，炒的食物等等都有， 另有提供優格，小蛋糕，豆花。 非常好的餐廳。直到退房，服務人員還是很有禮貌。可以給分的話我會給95分。

All spotlessly clean. Hotel dining options are limited. Food stalls in nearby bayside park, plus a 24hr mart 5min. walk away on Pingfen Rd. A pleasant 15 minute bayside walk to historic Anping; very worthwhile and interesting. Hotel is several km from the station and city centre : bus 19 to Gongge Temple or 14 to Eternal Golden Castle or 2 via Anping. Infrequent service - check with very helpful Tourist Office next to Tainan station.
