Susunan barisan tidak baik, tiada arahan yang betul, kakitangan tidak dapat melihat tetamu dalam barisan, dan terus melayan pelanggan baru yang lain untuk mendaftar masuk dan bertanya. Secara keseluruhan, biliknya bersih dan patut dicuba.

Kemudahannya sangat baru dan cantik.Pemandangan dari bangunan tinggi menjadikan pemandangan malam lebih cantik.Restoran ala Jepun membuatkan orang ramai berasa santai.Daerah perniagaan Ximen terletak hanya di tingkat bawah, yang sangat mudah.

Good location, clean hotel but a short walk from mrt but a few 711 and familymart thus quite convenient.

One of the best stays I had in Taipei. The location is perfect, just beside XMD so it's not noisy and very peaceful at night. Room was clean and new, housekeeping is on alternate days, you can request for daily of required. There's water dispenser, teabags, coffee, bottle water at the lobby which was really convenient. It's also one of the taller buildings in the area so the view was amazing, we had a clear view of the vicinity and also tamsui river. 🥰 We even managed to find food establishments that was open on Typhoon day, despite schools and work places were supposed to be closed. The Hello Kitty 7-11 is just opposite, and many conveniences stores within minutes. Would definitely return!

The room is well decorated with a nice layout and an attention to details. The hotel doesn’t provide early check-in or late check-out for free, which is in line with most Japanese managed hotels but provides a good self storage area for our luggage, which is really handy. The location is convenient while relatively quiet. The only drawback is a slightly pungent odour from the toilet area whenever we get back from outside. And the room spray provided in the room surely helps in this regard. Will stay again.

I could not believe how clean and comfortable this hotel was! It was amazing. Cosy, friendly and in a perfect location for sights and attractions. The Solaria Nisitetsu Hotel has thought of everything. There are fresh fluffy dryers for umbrellas, self-select toiletries, secure luggage lockers, and step-up stool placed next to the washing machine to help you unload the dryer, ( I had just thought a stool would be helpful, I saw it.) Right in the heart and liveliness of the city. The hotels ambience was relaxing. I arrived during a storm, the lobby brought a lovely view, international newspapers and magazines, fresh coffee and stylish decoration. It was a treat to relax there. The friendly team made a huge effort to share the best in service and create a remarkable experience, and they did. Experiencing warm welcomes and genuine kindness, I can not thank the team enough. I appreciated the follow-up on travel questions, the team shared tailored recommendations for art galleries and theatre tickets, considering and checking what was accessible during the storm. The professional reception team, shared helpful suggestions on metro routines too, with times to visit areas and sights to see along the way. These suggestions made a difference. The room standard was amazing. The amenities are five-star standard, and the cheerful housekeeping team were kind and friendly. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the team who was a pleasure to meet. There are many shout-outs for this stay. The kind and thoughtful little things such as handy guidebooks and a well-kept, new gym. Thank you. I will stay again. I hope the weekend brings you a lovely moment for the Solaria Nisitetsu Hotel team in their vibrant neighbourhood.

This newly Japanese style hotel which located near to public transportation and central to Taipei … super convenient. Hotel was super clean and new, staffs were courtesy and helpful. Definitely will stay there again on my next visit to Taipei.

Lovely hotel, front desk can speak English, coin laundry available, luggage locker room available, extremely convenient location with convenience stores, food and transportation!

Great location (at the edge of the busy street of Ximen walking district). Hotel has coin-operated laundry which was great for longer stays.

Great location. About 5 mins taxi ride to Taipei train station. 3 mins walk to Ximending shopping street. And close to many restaurants and local eateries. Friendly service staffs, clean room and also a great service lounge for hotel guests to meet before setting out or rest before going back to the rooms... Bonus, it's comes with free coffee and tea. Overall, a great place to stay.
