Excellent services and free upgrade while we checked in early. Very nice hotel close to the Taipei station.

I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool and a revitalizing workout at the fitness center. My recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff offered warm, attentive service, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with stunning views of the city skyline. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa. Dining was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious international and ********* dishes. In summary, the Sheraton Grand Taipei provides a luxurious, seamless experience with outstanding service, facilities, and dining. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Taipei.

The same excellent service and hospitality as the first time I was here in the late 80s when it was still the iconic Lai Lai Sheraton. Thank you for going the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday memorable with the extra arrangements. Special mention goes to Ellen and the front desk team for taking great care of us.

Location was great-Very well connected with MRT just in front of the hotel . The concierge was very helpful in recommending day trip taxi to Yehliu etc. Breakfast spread  was average with some hits and misses . Liked the soy milk but would have been nice to have the dough stick to complete the offering . Overall excellent stay

We extended our stay due to the earthquake at hualien Love the quality of the breakfast spread.

The front desk employee did not listen to client’s complaints.

The overall experience is quite nice. What is a bit disappointing is the swimming pool is smaller than I thought. Well, tbh, shouldn't expect too much as location is good.

I request higher floor room when I booked the room. But reception arranged the lowest floor. Especially, it is close to the restaurant. The buffet restaurant has very strong flavour to 5th floor . Also gym is vveery tiny.

The hotel location is near the train station which is convenient for travelling around the city. Clean hotel with great services.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Station and popular places such as Ximending. As we go to Hualien and Taichung during our visit, location is very important to us. The hotel is also featured with exceptional sauna and hotbath facility and gym and nice Michelin star Chinese restaurant.

The hotel located at the city center allowing us to access different areas of Taipei easily. The bed is very comfortable and we had restful night every nights

Good location and very comfortable bed. Only thing i did not like interior is quite old such as curtains needed to be renewed.
