Room very modern and hotel is convenient, however, cleanliness can improve and no swimming pool

The service apartment is super good and beyond my expectations, definitely will go back when I visit Taipei again! Room is super clean and spacious, near mrt and Xinyi district. Carpark is only the minus point because it did not has its own carpark which inconvenienced for us during those few days we need park our car to nearby carparks. Overall still 5 stars!

Overall a very nice hotel with good location. Very quiet and clean. I would recommend to my friends and colleagues

Hotel is super convenient in Central of Taipei city. The lighting in room is good and bright enough. It has big table for do some work easily

Spacious and clean room with good view of Taipei 101. Awesome to have laundry room but the dryer is weak/ not working properly- 6 pieces of cotton clothes are still not dry even after 60minutes of paid dryer mode

Overall hotel is good, but service was average. It wasn’t quite helpful at some point.

The hotel is nice and clean located in a convenient location. Service is excellent. Check-in and out are really efficient.

The rooms are very clean, and staffs are all very friendly. We are very pleased to know that our rooms haven been upgraded. We will come back to stay at the same hotel.

Good hotel in the downtown of Xinyi area, the size of the room is quite good, but the amenities just OK, the bed not so soft, compared to other luxury 5 star hotels. Overall , it’s a good optionif u wanna to stay in Xinyi area, since there are few limited hotel supplies there.. only W a bit too bright and funky for me, Humble House ( is too small ), grand hyatt ( old and low ceiling room ) , Le Meridien ( ok but not special also ), looking forward for Park Hyatt and Four Season open their doors at Xinyi..
