Everything measures up to what we read about this hotel. We can’t be happier. We definitely will return. Thanks to all the wonderful staff including the cleaning lady working on our floor - room 1406. Our booking included breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby. We were given coupons to redeem drinks or meals at different times of the day. This flexibility is excellent rather than stuffing ourselves with too breakfast food. Excellent arrangement. m

Everything is good, staffs is friendly.. housekeeping was great.. every small little request was met too.. just that it’s a little pricey.. hopefully the rate will come down..

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
The amenities were a big plus—the gym was well-equipped and clean, perfect for maintaining our workout routine. The on-site laundry facility was also very useful during our stay, adding to the convenience.

Generally 5 star for hotel and room. Maybe even 6 star for Taipei standards! Ultra modern looking hotel with high end furnishings (grohe and auto bidet toilet) and maximum cleanliness. Bed was comfy though pillows a little soft. Views from full glass windows were excellent. Only downsides were lack of traditional amenities (hated how there was no bin around the entire compound to get rid of overnight trash) and they gave us starbuck credits instead of the quoted fuhang delivery. But honestly can't complain with Starbucks below, McDonald's right next door, moon moon adjacent, mrt station right next door, one stop away from Taipei main station for easy access to HSR. Highly recommend and will return!

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk, to the metro.
Room is reasonable size, but no restaurant in the hotel, only a Starbucks coffee. Guests prefer Chinese breakfast would be Very disappointed.

Room is well maintained, quite spacious and clean. Bathroom basin area is too dim for make-up. No in-house restaurant here but there are many popular restaurants within walking distance. Location is really convenient. We were celebrating a birthday here, however there wasn't any greeting after taking down particulars from passport. Indifferent and cold staffs.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Conveniently located in the city. The room was very clean. You can even do your laundry for free! Although there was no breakfast available there’s a nice Starbucks on the 1st level of the hotel. We plan to stay here when we come back next time.
