I can't say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, making it a really comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and local attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze. And let’s talk about breakfast—absolutely delicious! There’s a great variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Every stay here feels special, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

The staff’s service is outstanding. They are really helpful. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location is excellent, very easy to get around. Love the public bath too!

Staff is nice and solved my enquiry quickly. Room’s layout is reasonable and user friendly. I also enjoy the public bath. The amenities supplied are good (especially the lotions with different scent) but it will be even better if the cleansing pad and the hair tie are not packed together. It would be great if i can use one more cleansing pad without disposing additional hair tie and packaging. Very thoughtful to have a vending machines outside the public bath.

The location is very quiet as compared to the rest of the bustling Taipei city. A great choice of stay if one needs a good place to rest and relax after a long day whether it's work or play. The hotel is just next to the train station, which is a bonus. The staff were always attentive and the hotel breakfast was also great. The only drawback that I can think of is that there's no gym.

The location is good, next to Metro. The breakfast is yummy, worth the price. Love the public bath. Will come back and try out this hotel brand in Japan too!

Beautiful hotel in Taipei! The location was 10/10. It’s close to a metro station and a public bus route. Ningxia Night Market is very convenient to get to (which was one of my favorites in Taipei). The hotel itself is very clean, welcoming first impressions and the staff is helpful! The only thing the room is lacking is in body lotion in the room, but I understand there’s body lotion on the 17th floor locker rooms before you go into the rooftop public baths (I didn’t have a chance to use them unfortunately). We will be retuning to Taipei because we had the best five days and MGH Mitsui Garden Hotel will be the first place we think of booking again!
