Good location with next to MRT station. A lot of restaurant selection nearby the hotel

Very convenient position in Taipei main station. Buffet for breakfast and dinner is average level. Staff very helpful.

To date, during my 4th visit to Taipei, this is by far the best hotel overall in terms of price, proximity, location and amenities. As for breakfast, I have no comments as I chose the stay without it. The hotel is just opposite the Taipei Main Station and it is super convenient if you are travelling a lot by Metro or HSR. The hotel basement is linked directly to the Taipei Main Station and you need not fret even on rainy days. On the basement level, you can access to a wide spread of Japanese restaurants and other eateries. Starbucks and Tim Ho Wan are within reach too. Behind the hotel, there are in fact a lot of small eateries and stalls. You might want to give it a try if you like to eat like a local! There are far too many food choices near this hotel. You will never go hungry. Hotel room cleanliness and amenities are good, nothing to fault. On the other side, noticed there is only 1 laundry washing machine and 1 dryer within the hotel which is very limited. Hope in time to come, there will be more as it is very convenient for long stay travellers' to have their laundry done here. Price is very reasonable too, 50 twd for washing and another 50 twd for drying. What a good deal! Just to highlight for amenities, you will have to get from the hotel counter as they do not provide inside the room, eg comb, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste etc. Overall, this is the hotel I fancy the most and I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again in time to come!

Many restaurants and food stores nearby. Convenient location especially taking High speed train and MRT . The only set back is the power point at the desk cannot use due to poor design. No room to put in hand phone charger or laptop 13 A plug. Overall is good, friendly receptionist and room housekeepers.

Good location with direct access to Taipei Main Station via exit M6. Room is considered spacious in Taipei but the bathroom is a bit old. Generally is very clean and comfortable. Easier to find food nearby too. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time and I finally had the chance during my trip to Taiwan. The hotel is convenient located near the Taipei Main Station and bus station and the MRT station. Hence is extremely convenient to get around. The room I got was quite spacious and clean. I believe it has been refurbished as the interior looks new. It is equipped with a smart tv so I could stream videos on YouTube all day long. The only disappointment was that I did not get the room with the view of the Taipei Main station. The hotel staff were very friendly too. Amenities wise, there is no shortage of f&b establishments located near the hotel and most of them are very good. This hotel is one of the more affordable 5 star hotels in this area. Hence it’s a no brainer to pick this hotel over the rest. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant stay here I will definitely return to this hotel for my future trips.

This is the third time we are staying in this hotel. Hotel is located opposite Taipei Main Station. It is linked to the station via basement 1. From here, you can access to underground train, high speed train. Around the hotel, you can easily find local food, Starbucks, Japanese food ,etc. We walked to Ximending in under 20 mins. Hotel staff are amazing and spoke English. Service is very good. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great service and fantastic location. Breakfast selection was okay too. Room was huge. I had no issues with opening up to large luggages.
