Han She Business Hotel

The aircon can’t be adjusted as it is centralized. Our room was kinda warm good thing the weather is good outside. The guy receptionist is disappointing, it seems like he don’t know what he’s doing. We’ve waited for almost an hour before we can get our room key. We’re tired from whole day tour and we want to rest but no, we are at the lobby while he’s panicking.

First time to this hotel highly recommended . Centre of city

actually the location is quite ok but is old, dirty. try to cancel the booking after seeing to room and they just don’t let me. i will never pick this ever again.

The hotel is near shopping district in Ximending. Walking distance to metro. We had a great stay for 5 days.

Terrible smell from the lavatory, can't locate the source. Poor housekeeping, used package of lubricant found on the floor. Poor sound proof, can clearly hear the conversation next door. Only advantage would be the location nearby Ximen. Not recommended.

The location for the hotel is great and near to the train station that can get you around Taipei city with ease. However. the room showed in booking page was with windows but when we arrived at the hotel there is no window, what make the matter worse, there is no way to control the room temperature, and the air-con is super cold and we have to turn it off. We have ask the reception for a solution but their reply is there is no way for them to change the temperature setting as it is central controlled. The room is also dated and toilet have no separation of wet and dry area. I won't stay the hotel again and will look for other better alternative if I am in Taipei again.

The hotel is old and dated. We booked for 4 rooms and were given rooms on the 8th floor. The conditions of all the 4 rooms were depressing. Walls were tainted, furniture old, carpet worn out and there was a stench in our rooms. To make matters worst, 2 of our family members were bitten by bed bugs. We went down to the reception to complain and we were all changed to 9 floor. The rooms there were partially refurbished and conditions were better than those on the 8th floor but still far from those pictures advertised on the booking engines. The staff were friendly and they tried to help but there were too many hardware problems. Would we return again? Definitely no.

It’s very nice location to live and I think I will once again be in hotel as my future business trip.

Great location and good hotel. Just walk few minutes and arrive mrt station and ximending hot area
