Ulasan Master Hotel

Few time in 10 years, location still perfect, it’s save my life when it storm happen, you can  stay indoor shopping and dinning very long time, Y3 is the exit, you can enter the building from inside the mall as well with key card

Excellent location with underground linkage to Taipei Main Station/ HSR/ TRA. Entrance to lift that lead to rooms and the corridor needs an upgrade. Room is generally clean and bed is very comfortable.

Room is the same as the photos, spacious room with this price. Furniture is quite old. The hotel location is really great despite reception is not easy to find. We did have a long flight before arriving Taiwan. We arrived hotel at about 8am but there is no one at the reception. People told us reception opens at 9:30am. Thus we just left our luggages there and went to breakfast. Come back and met the reception, they told us no room is available even we are willing to pay for extra hours. If you are in the same situation like us, I recommend you book a hotel with earlier reception service time.

Location was very close to Y3/Y1/R1 Exit. Curtains and bed sheets had some stains. Wifi provided, TV only able to play some local channel. Room booked was white house double room, hair dryer and hangers are provided too, hair dryer's output wind speed was a bit slow though. Overall Rating: 8/10

Booked one night. Great location as it’s connected to Taipei station and QSquare mall; no need to roll your luggage out into the street. The mall and surrounding area has great food and shopping options. Hallway and room is very dim lighting. Not sure why the building doesn’t invest in better lightning; at least improve the lighting inside the rooms. During checkin, the front desk will walk you to your room because the hotel is off to the side of the station. No 24/7 reception so be careful of late arrivals.

Service is much more than my expectation. At first I intended to stay in Ximending area but heard of noisiness and uncomforatable. Then I choose this hotel. Hotel located in Main Bus Station and link to Main Train Station. Besides convenience, we experienced cleanliness and politeness. Fully satisfied

The location of this hotel is brilliant for exploring Taipei. It is directly above the main bus and metro station. There are loads of shops and restaurants all around you. The room was fairly basic, but clean, with everything you need in it. The only thing to be aware of is that finding the reception is challenging. Start at the entrance to the bus station and walk around 30 meters down Civic Bvd. On your right you’ll see black double sliding doors with Master Hotel written in small English and Chinese characters. The reception is just a small office with space for leaving your luggage if required. The receptionist then takes you back through the bus station and up to the 16th floor of the building which is where the rooms are. That apartment, we were very happy with our stay and considering where it is, it was very good value.

Good location, very close to train and bus station

Advertised 50m sq quad rm but room was super small 33m sq. Totally disappointed. The aircon do not comes with heater mode n not suited for cold days. The location although near station, the entrance is very complicated n hv to walk round n round before u can get there. Reception was rude, insisted Size is correct despite I ask nicely. Trip.com compensated 15% but the experience Spoilt my last leg of trip. Totally not recommended!!!
