N HOTEL

The cleanliness really has issue, I have itchy back after some hours of rest. Room very cramp and small not worth the money. 13mins walk to Ximending.

we arrived so late at night, while checking in, front desk staff was so inpatient, making us feel like he was just wanna get off work. after got into the room, the sink we have clogged, called and the front dest staff come up and check, he pull the plug out and there were tons of HAIR, omg that was so gross, we request to change room, he said no spare room left. also the red light ok the ceiling from the smoke detectors were so bright (more than 1). i traveled to taiwan for so many times and It was by far the most terrible experience.

Good location and service was good. Hotel room was clean too.

Perfect stay for a city trip. Close location from the city airport (by taxi around 25 minutes for not more than 10 USD). Close location to the railway station. Rooms are small but very clean. Food options are around the corner. Will come again.

Location is good, room is spacious, clean and got everything inside the room. Provide snack and place if you take away food from outside 👍🏻 will recommend!

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had in Taipei… I often visit Taipei for its reputation of having some of the friendliest and most polite people. However, during my stay at this hotel, I encountered nothing but very rude and bad service. 1. We arrived at the hotel early, and they informed us that their normal check-in time is 3:30 PM, which is the latest I’ve ever encountered for a hotel check-in. At 1:30 PM, I called to inquire if we could check in earlier. They instructed us to come and wait. Upon our return, they informed us in a commanding tone that we couldn’t check in until 3:30 PM. The small lobby was packed with people waiting to check in, and the staff treated everyone as if they were schoolchildren. Not a single member of the hotel staff even smiled or showed politeness; they all appeared grouchy and unhappy. 2. When we were about to check in, they informed us that the room will not have cleaning if your staying for more than 1 days. And only be cleaned or the towels changed unless requested. We felt deceived because they had repeatedly stated that they were cleaning the rooms, which was why we could only check in at 3:30 PM. However, in reality, they didn’t clean unless prompted, which was very disappointing. 3. The room was exceedingly small, and the ventilation was poor. 4. The location was very inconvenient; although they claimed to be near the station, it required at least a 15-minute walk to reach it. In short, if anyone enjoys the feeling of being back in school and facing the discipline master, this is the place for them. A very bad experience!! I will never return.

Very beautiful and clean room, spacious bathroom and shower, equipped with all necessary items. Overall very comfortable. Helpful staff at the hotel counter and express check in and check out available. Reception open 8-23. Very close to train and subway station, so very convenient. Had a good stay.

Nice hotel, good location, near to MRT and Xi Men Ding. Provide high tea at lobby for whole day long, recommended.

Room table is dusty, towels not very cleaned. Staff service is polite and helpful. Overall FAIR.
