It's a great hotel with great facility and great location. It has great and instaworthy design.n Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down. The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get. Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price) The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair treatment. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me). So my insight from this trip is: 1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room 2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experience

I was on an 18hr layover & it was a great stay. My airport pickup was on time & they didn't mind that my flight was late. The car had wifi & it was a smooth journey. Check in was simple and the receptionist spoke English. I had a few questions that were all answered sufficiently. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was next to the 101 building which was a nice view. There was also a shopping mall less than a 10 minute wall away. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is located in the glamorous district of Xinyi. It’s in walking distance to fancy malls and 101 building. From the pictures of the rooms, you can see the hotel has moderately aged but still decently maintained. It’s functional and bright but does not fully adhere to the chic Le Meridien vibe. I wish the management can redesign the hotel to suit it more to the brand during next revamps. My SNA got approved to the junior suite and thank you to the team for assigning a corner suite for my stay. It is the same size as the regular suite but closer to look at the 101 building. However it may have some noise from the bar right outside and some events down on the street. Luckily it only lasted until before 11pm which is totally reasonable. The bathroom however, is gigantic. It’s nearly too big that wasted some space. I do not like the breakfast option in this hotel as it does not taste good. The options are not that much and most are really mediocre. I hope they can improve their F&B if I visit next time. The lounge is also very small. It’s easily full and the bar /snack area is tiny, same as the Renaissance. The lackluster food and self served cocktails are a let down for the premium price tag, pricing at almost the same as the W nearby. The pool is big and good for lap swims. However, I believe there are many locals joining the health club in the hotel which makes the already tiny hot bath area cramped and wet towels everywhere. People are also taking so loudly which kills the vibe. I immediately walked out as it is not relaxing at all. All in all despite the letdowns, I still think it is worth a visit due to its location, functional rooms and friendly service.

As someone who often travels for conferences, I found my recent 5-day stay at CHECKinn Taipei XhiYi to be exceptionally convenient and enjoyable, especially considering its proximity to the Taipei International Convention Center and its affordability. CHECKinn's location is its crowning glory. Just a short walk from the Taipei International Convention Center, it was incredibly convenient for attending my conference. This proximity saved me valuable time and the hassle of navigating through traffic. Additionally, being in the heart of the Xinyi district, I was close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore Taipei during my downtime. It's a stone's throw away from some of Taipei's most iconic attractions, like Taipei 101 and the vibrant night markets. The proximity to the MRT station made navigating the city a breeze. The staff at CHECKinn were exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to their helpful recommendations for local dining and sightseeing, they truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ comfort stood out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay, which was particularly reassuring in these times. While the hotel excels in style, the amenities are somewhat basic. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the lounge area was cozy and welcoming. However, I missed having a fitness center or a pool, which could be a downside for some travelers. In terms of value, CHECKinn is a clear winner. It was the most affordable option near the Taipei International Convention Center, without compromising on quality or comfort. For budget-conscious business travelers, it’s a perfect choice.

Ruangnya sangat luas, katilnya sangat sangat besar, dan lokasinya sangat dekat dengan stesen MRT. *Jika anda ingin menghubungi teksi, anda mesti mengingatkan pemandu untuk membelok ke belakang Mingyao Department Store. Jika tidak, pemandu akan sering berhenti di tempat yang salah. Walaupun bilik bertingkap, tingkapnya tidak boleh dibuka terlalu banyak kerana lantainya terlalu tinggi (sangat selamat) tetapi pintu akan tersumbat sedikit apabila anda masuk, hanya hidupkan penghawa dingin! Terdapat juga TV untuk ditonton di dalam tab mandi (̀⌄ ́) * Kelemahannya ialah penebat bunyi terlalu lemah, jika tidak semuanya baik-baik saja.

Although the hotel is far from the city, everything about the hotel itself is amazing. Book this place to get away from the craziness of downtown, but be sure to leave from here more than 4 hours to get to the airport if you're driving. It can be troublesome. I’ll return here again because I enjoy the ease and air of the room. It fits~ Both Double and King rooms are nice and the Internet is blazing fast in case you need to stream or hold online meetings.

We stayed at this hotel for our quarantine stay (3+4). This hotel was the highest priced quarantine hotel in Taipei. As Taiwan is moving away from quarantine, it is unclear whether this hotel will remain a quarantine hotel. Provided meals: Three meals were provided. I believe they rotated it somewhat. I would give them 4 stars overall. They were of mid-to-high end quality, but certainly not Michelin star or 5-star hotel restaurant's quality. That is, I had much better at The Regent or The Sheraton Taipei. That said, there was a microwave in the room for one to heat up the meals to a warmer setting as the meals were prepared in bulk at the lobby. They were lukewarm when the meals arrived in our room. It appeared some meals were prepared by the hotel restaurant and others were from outside sources. The meals were *********, Korean, and Japanese focused. If one wants Western foods, then Food Panda or Uber Eats will be what you want. There are expensive local restaurants at Xinyi Districts that you can pay for to get your own food. Check with the hotel on delivery times, I believe that they won't refund the costs of the meals if one chooses not to eat the prepaid meals. Prior to booking the quarantine hotel, they will send one a form to ask for some preferences and/or allergies. There was a toaster and hot water boiler in the room. The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. The hotel staff were friendly, nice and helpful. Cleaning lady replenished the towels and toothbrushes etc on a daily basis. The room is small, but had two toilets - one bathroom and one toilet. The bathroom is the most enjoyable one. It was huge and comfortable. The exterior of the hotel needs a major cleaning - one can view the dust and dirt from the interior. The bed was comfortable, but tv channels are quite limited. I would really want to compliment the staff. They were so friendly, and helped arrange a massage session for me with Mother’s Day promotion. Easy to chat with them on what’s nice to eat nearby too. The location is fantastic in terms of the eateries and shopping nearby. There is also a supermarket nearby too. I used foodpanda and it was so convenient as well. Mrt is not so near (about 12 mins walk?).

I enjoy the surrounding venue especially the site of Taipei 101 that is almost Infront of the Hotel. We also enjoyed the beach like bar and resto and the foods and drinks that they served. The services are the best and they are all approachable and willing to help what ever you needed.. The room was clean and cosy and the shower was great. The bed is comfy and clean. I definitely recommend the Sparkle Hotel to all especially for upcoming holiday season for you to enjoy also. Good job and More power! ♥️🥰

The hotel might not new but still nice and clean and i love the design of it. Its quite vintage location was perfect 2 mints walk in mrt Station below is bus stop 10 to 15 mint's away from taipei 101 world trade center its nice to be near in mrt Station as it is very accessible we took train going to the airport and its just took as in total of an hour plus including the interchange as we payed for the taxi from airport to our hotel quite pricy so we decide to take a train to the airport actually its quite easy for all the staff that we've ask for directions is very accommodating. Took train going to the zoo and cable car it was fun. And we are thankful to the hotel staff they might not can't speak and understands English that much but they try their best. They are totally amazing. To the housekeeper who always clean our room even we don't need too provide us a clean towels daily. Our room is just nice room is so much worth it how much we payed for it. There's breakfast provided but felt sorry not to have it as its not halal but we are still greatful and appreciate it. Really recommend this place but if ur looking for a high end hotel like a five star for sure you will complain but for us it's totally good.

Location was very convenient. Its a 10 min walk to the taipei 101 MRT station and right under the hotel is a 7/11 convenience store with a MOS burger fastfood chain. The building does seem old but the interior and rooms were recently renovated. My only problem was their plumbing in the toilet. It releases a bad odor on certain times but other than that the room is really clean

The hotel cleanliness is just ok, but some of the blanket show stains and make me and my siblings itchy. Maybe because we have sensitive skins and eczema but it's still a thing to be pointed out. The hotel soundproof is good and it's a spacious room indeed. The breakfast wise is just ok but will get bored if need to eat a whole week or so. Overall it's OK.

Kali pertama saya tinggal di Tianhao House, reka bentuk hiasan bilik mandi bagus, terdapat bilik wap, ruang air spa dan jakuzi, tetapi kelembapan di dalam bilik terlalu berat dan sedikit apak dan tidak selesa. Booked 3-person room but wasn’t happy with the condition. Requested to check out immediately since no bed was allowed to be added, and were told that all the 4-person room was sold out. Taipei was our last stop so we wanted a good ending and we needed a room for three nights stay. Spoke to the FO manager who reluctantly but finally offered an one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and bright. We were happy and appreciative initially but their beds and couches were believed to be full of dust mite. We were suffering from severe insect bites, esp our 4 years old son (whom photos can be provided later). Quite a disappointment despite the hotel was newly refurbished and centrally located. The hot spring is only open for 16 years old and above so the hotel isn’t family oriented.

Jika tidak, pemandu akan sering berhenti di tempat yang salah. Walaupun bilik bertingkap, tingkapnya tidak boleh dibuka terlalu banyak kerana lantainya terlalu tinggi (sangat selamat) tetapi pintu akan tersumbat sedikit apabila anda masuk, hanya hidupkan penghawa dingin! 雖然房間比較小，但是乾淨整潔，住起來算舒服（一個人住舒服😂兩個人擠雙人房的話真的會蠻擠的）冷氣、沐浴用品、毛巾等等都很滿意。地理位置便利也是優點之一。不過有點小可惜的是我被編排到窗戶正對著一面牆的房間，採光和一點點樓景都沒有。缺點的話就是淋浴空間很小，洗頭髮時的體驗感蠻差的，洗完澡後廁所的地板也會濕濕的，穿著拖鞋離開浴室前一定要在踩腳布踩幾下，第一個晚上差點滑倒。另外就是隔音會比較差，不過我附近房間的人都沒有很吵所以對我影響不大。總而言之我覺得這個價格還是略貴。
