Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Taipei

The location of the hotel is very convenient. One particular situation I would like to thank and point out is upon my arrival to the hotel. I was given a room which had a funny sound that occur periodically. I called the lady who assisted me in the check-in process and pointed out this problem. Without much hesitation, I was given another room of the same grade immediately.

The design of the hotel is nice. But it is a bit under maintained. The bathtub and shower head needed the assistance to fit during my trip. The power socket do not have USB. It face to the high speed road. It is a bit noisy at night. The breakfast was delivery from mose burger at 7:30am.

Not too bad, but it smelled. Not clean enough. It was dirty except the bathroom. No great light, so you can't see it. It's definitely for couples..

I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and easy quarantine stay. The hotel is located a bit out of downtown, which is ideal, as I was able to have a Guandu view room with a double bed, which helped. The room had a lovely big window, which enabled me to have a good wake up every day. The quality of the service was excellent. Check-in easy, continued service through the stay no issue. I connected to the reception staff through Line in English, and they were really helpful, sending refills of whatever was asked for. The room itself at 29sqm was great, nicely and colorfully decorated. There is plenty of space to hide away the luggage. Also, there was enough room to relax and exercise, and there were several days I was able to get up to 10,000 paces on my Fitbit. This, followed by a great and refreshing shower, worked a treat. Overall the bathroom was excellent. The often asked question is what about the food, but I have no complaints, while I am British, I love the local food. We had the Bento selection, and the quality was good. Breakfast was a seven-day cycle, and the lunch and dinner were on a fourteen-day cycle. Yes, the dishes were similar a couple of times, but the portion size was good, so I had to work on the exercise to keep the weight off. The internet was no issue, and I could have several Zoom meetings during my stay. Steaming music worked well. I am not a TV watcher and so can not comment on the channel selection. So after a busy day, I was ready for a good night's sleep, and again this was no issue a very comfortable bed, which enabled me to wake up refreshed for another day. I am not sure if I will need to stay in a quarantine hotel in the future, but I know I would certainly book this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff who made the experience actually enjoyable.

Basic and cheap, better than a hostel that could be noisy. Though there was some music in the evening you could hear, but it didn’t go too late. Ironically the room only had a window on to the hall and no blackout shades so it didn’t get completely dark. But overall good for a night or two.

I was traveling with my friends and we enjoyed it. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff are nice and friendly too. I highly recommend this place!

獨立屋兩層樓，小朋友玩得好開心，有兩個廁所，分別都可以泡溫泉👍🏻👍🏻。這個季節太多蚊蟲，嚇得小朋友哇哇大叫😅這裡地方大，又有送小朋友體驗活動卷給小朋友玩👍🏻 *特別要注意是，這裡電壓是220v, 沒有110v的，自己帶來的電器都不能用🥲 又沒有提醒我們準備，建議在細節上列明🙏🏻。 早餐不錯，園內還有咖啡店，有送很多優優卷給我們👍🏻 整體來說不錯，要是秋冬季過嚟，應該會更好👍🏻😎

What stood out most during my stay was the exceptional service from Anne at the front desk. She was warm, professional, and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. Her welcoming attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The room itself was well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a stylish vinyl record wall. I enjoyed the Free Happy Hour from 5:30-6:30 PM, and the LayLow bar on-site had a great atmosphere. The parking fee of $300/day was a bit steep, and the area around the hotel doesn’t offer much in terms of views. However, thanks to the great service and overall comfort, I left feeling satisfied with my stay.
