Lovely staff, a particular warm touch by putting an Australian flag in our room, such a warm and welcome feeling, thank you! We also love the fruit and biscuits plate. It may not cost much, however it is a wonderful gesture making guests having a home feeling. We will be back soon.

The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the GLOBECOM conference venue, and there are many特色 small eateries nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes available, and the taste was also great. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next conference!
