This is the only one 5 stars hotel in Taishan city. Staffs are friendly with very good service. A pleasant stay.

New World hotel is truly a world class hotel. The hotel layout is huge and the hotel lobby leading to the lift lobby has mesmerising ceiling art not unlike Sistine Chapel. Check in was quite swift. We met Ki Ki and she is indeed very kind, helpful and patient with us; going beyond extra miles in helping us navigating the city, booking cab, introducing good restaurants & even helping us to find & locate our ancestor's village by contacting the relevant association! I have to say she is a true gem in the hotel! Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciations go beyond words for her.

Spacious room, beautiful room, auto curtain and beautiful view. The drawback is the room service was so slow.

The Gym needs a lot of update, otherwise the hotel all in all is not bad

Shampoo and conditioner empty but no one refill it after tidy up the room. Diversification of food on the restaurant.

歐式風格裝修，古典貴族氣質。房間設施較新，帶有觀景陽台，居住舒適。 早餐品種豐盛，有本地特色的蒸點。下午茶也很棒。 我本次入住的房間裏有蚊子，半夜被叮醒了，起來打蚊子打了半天；另外沙發上有e li ，感官上不是很舒服，希望酒店能注意傢俱衞生。

酒店服務周到，裝修豪華，有歐式風格，但位置不太方便，酒店自助早餐很好，品種齊全，味道唔錯， 性價比高。
