No Uber in Taitung, but the hotel can call a taxi for you and you can find taxi easily at the train station.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, kira-kira 10 minit memandu ke bandar. Biliknya lebih kecil daripada dalam gambar, dan tidak banyak ruang bergerak kecuali katil dan meja. Tandas bersih tetapi bukan baru lagi. Sarapan adalah baik dan pelbagai.

早班櫃檯服務人員（較年輕的男性）絕對是這間飯店最大的問題，態度傲慢、無理，也不願意對客人多說明飯店設施，始終盯著電腦螢幕。辦理入住手續時，客人的證件、房間鑰匙和早餐卡都是用丟的。就如多數對翠安儂風旅評論，櫃檯服務人員總是被抱怨的對象，但業主也不見改善，非常可惜。相較於晚班櫃檯（年長的伯伯）、餐廳和烘焙坊的人員，敬業態度真的是天壤之別。 客房寬敞、清潔也很乾淨，但是燈光昏暗，整個房間只有一的吸頂燈，若是有檯燈應該會好一點。房內插座都只有床頭有，所以要使用吹風機，只能坐在床上用。 這次入住的609號房，旁邊應該是鍋爐，以及洗衣間其實都會聽到相關聲響，房間隔音也不佳。房內的窗型冷氣、冰箱較老舊，運轉聲音也頗明顯，冷氣的左右葉片被移除，無法調整。 廁間沒有常見的免治馬桶，且沼氣味濃厚，一早起來都是異味，花灑無法調整高度和角度，廁所內也無插座，吹風機被放在外面的梳妝櫃內，擺放位置也無明顯標示。 翠安儂風旅介紹上寫的小點心仍有提供，但旅行包、唐寧茶不知道是不是因為疫情而有所調整，房內早已不見。六樓的洗衣間，一台洗衣機和脫水機早已損壞待修，該樓層的飲水機也故障，必須到其他樓層使用。
