Rooms are quite big. Located in the central part of Tai Tung. Checkin at late night (after 00:00) is available. Free breakfast provided at nearby restaurant. Uber is not available in Tai Tung but the staff helped us to call a taxi which arrived in 2 mins.

Spotlessly clean. Room small but very comfortable. Good staff and convenient parking. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! The communal space on the first floor is perfect for group meals. The water pressure is strong and the water gets nice and hot. My only suggestion is to add more lighting in the bathroom; it's a bit too dim. Also, it would be nice to have two extra pillows. Highly recommended!

Room was small but ok for what I needed. Air con wasn’t very good and it was a bit hot. I was on a bike ride and this was fine to finish up and clean up before onward travel. Breakfast is outside facility. Center is walking distance for main attractions

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the lighting was a bit dim. The only good thing was the king-sized bed, which was quite comfortable. The parking lot was a few streets away, which was a bit inconvenient, but then again, it's in the city center, so just having a spot was good enough. Breakfast had to be picked up from a nearby breakfast shop before 11 AM and couldn't be pre-ordered. The staff was very slow; even with no other customers, it took over half an hour just for our family of four's breakfast (egg pancakes, toast, and burgers). I can't imagine how long it would take if there were other guests. Overall, I wasn't completely satisfied, but there's nothing really to complain about either; everything was acceptable. Since the room wasn't anything special, I didn't take any pictures.

Good experience, good service

I was very surprised as from the few pictures I have seen it looked small but in fact I found the small room they offer rather enough. The bathroom was huge. The bed is nice too. The reception and the breakfast rooms are well decorated and very enjoyable. Great location on top of that ! Nearby night market. And a great thanks to the young man at the reception who took time to help me park my big car.

I highly recommend this hotel for all travellers, especially foreigners - note I was a self-drive so the location wasn't an issue. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a lovely young lady who came outside to show me my car space. Her equally-lovely colleague then assisted in checking me in and making me feel very welcome. I was given a map of the local area and some suggested eating spots. They also helped in charging my phone. The girls' spoke enough English to help me, and the breakfast at a nearby cafe was great. The room was exactly what I needed - a very clean room, comfortable bed, and nice warm shower. I am going to stay again next time I visit beautiful Taiwan.

Everyone must read this review! The room was terrible, and customer service refused to give a refund! They ignored my complaints! I received absolutely no positive response! Were the other positive reviews bought? The online photos are completely different from reality! Check-in took less than 20 minutes, and because of ants, I had to move to two different rooms. In the end, I had to return the room because the room card wouldn't hold! Here's what happened: On the evening of June 1st, I checked into room 310. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a strong musty smell. Upon closer inspection, I was shocked. Ants were crawling in the wallpaper seams, the bathroom door was yellowed, and the floor tiles and corners were covered in black mold and grime. The overall environment was so bad that I couldn't even use it; the accommodation quality was unacceptable. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change and was subsequently moved to room 211. But as soon as I entered, there was another strong smell of mothballs! And a musty smell! The odor was so strong it made me dizzy and uncomfortable. What's even more puzzling is, if a guest has G6PD deficiency (favism), were the health risks of such an environment assessed? I initially thought the problem would improve after changing rooms, but upon inspecting the room, I found ants crawling in the corners again. I'm absolutely furious! As someone with a severe apprehension towards ants, having the same problem in two consecutive rooms makes it impossible to feel comfortable in the room, let alone get a proper rest. When traveling for business, my most basic expectation is simply a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. However, this hotel was extremely disappointing in terms of room cleanliness, environmental maintenance, and service quality. The actual accommodation situation was vastly different from the online photos and reviews; I experienced none of the quality described in the reviews. I paid for this accommodation, only to be greeted with mold, insects, and a yellowed, old bathroom—absolutely awful!

Great! We stayed there during a typhoon! Everything was safe. Lunch is served outdoors. Very good! Bicycles are available.

It is located in the city and has convenient transportation. Even more considerate, there are free brunch coupons every other day. The C P value is quite high.

The room is big and air-conditioned. There is plenty of water for bathing. There are also bicycles available to borrow near the scenic spot.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. There are many places to eat outside and it's not far to walk. It's just that the sound insulation is really not very good. There are water dispensers on every floor, and you can drink ice water! It’s really needed in Taitung (bonus points)! ! The water is quite delicious. There are free bicycles you can borrow, which is very convenient for people who don’t have transportation to travel alone. It saves money and effort. You can ride to the beach or go around to see the scenery. It is recommended that the bicycle be inspected regularly, especially the chain and brake pads. The one I borrowed was in a serious condition of rust and wear. For safety reasons, it is better to check it again before riding. Overall satisfied!
