房間挺不錯的，比周圍一圈都好太多了，但還是有比較多的小毛病，不過老闆每次很有耐心去幫我們解決，樓下還有電玩ps5之類的，還有好多好吃的（旁邊一味絕絕子）自己帶的床上四件套去的，房間裏的灰塵就比較多，不咋隔音但休息時間周圍還是很安靜的，總體來説性價比還是不錯的

PPengguna TetamuCould not fault this place. We had booked a bigger room, but it was on the main street, so decided not to take the risk. A slight downgrade was organised swiftly. Room very comfortable, with a nice big bathroom. A well equipped gym where I seemed to be the only user. Breakfast passable with toast, fruits, cereal, coffee and baked goods. We extended our stay to 4 nights. The service at the front desk, room servicing, breakfast was exemplary. The room maid left me a lovely book marker as she saw my lonely planet. (btw, LP mentions a restaurant at the start of the bu xing jie; I wouldn't bother).Hotel is 1km west of Tiyuguan metro station on line 2. Line 1 yet to open. Two stations north brings you 400m from Bell Tower Street, a bu xing jie where there are heaps of great eating places. One station north of Tiyuguan, then east as far as possible gets you to the old Taiyuan train station. Buses 308 or 804 (slow trip) gets you to JinCi Si; well worth the trip even just to see a 3,000yo tree

FFeizijian房間空間很大，隔音好而且乾淨衞生，12月的北方天冷寒冷，酒店都統一供暖，也很貼心的給房間提供了加濕器。早餐真的非常豐盛，居然有三文魚、煎牛扒，玉米忌廉湯，羊湯，山西特色的麪食等等，晚上自助餐才有的早餐都有，真是太原的自助早餐天花板！在退房時，服務員問我對本次入住有什麼意見，我説供暖太熱，酒店馬上反饋了可以提供製冷風扇，在我離店兩小時後就收到酒店短訊息反饋，這服務真貼心！給十個👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍下次到太原還會與梧桐相見！

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

TTheTravelShowThe hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable!
Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here!
Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

YYaoIn the past when I go to Taiyuan I always stayed at Pullmans next to FuLi Xinhualing area. I decided to give this hotel a try due to its location and convenience. Location is very convenient, calling a cab is easy, Starbucks next door, shopping centers all round with food courts, Walmart is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel got a pool and gym, I used it and it is not bad at all. They kept the pool and the gym pretty clean. The rooms are also kept clean. Be mindful that the rooms are not design for privacy. If you are staying with another person in the room the bathroom + shower has clear glasses, they have a see through shades covering the glasses but you can still see everything inside. The rooms seems to be smoke free but the hall ways are always filled with smoke smell. They really do not enforce no indoor smoking rule here. It is a hit and miss on the non-smoking room. I see some guest smoking in their rooms with door open. At last the service. The front desk staff seems very cordial and nice. However on the day we are checking out they informed us that one of the towels we used has dye on it which they can not wash out, that came out to a whopping 100 yuan to replace the towel. Really? 100 yuan, I can get a dozen white towels in Walmart. Also, the claim they couldn't clean it was shown to me on a front desk staff's personal phone. Have you ever heard of bleach before? Seriously, you can not get a white towel cleaned? Is this hotel in the hospitality business or linen retail business? Since I was in a hurry to catch a train I didn't want to argue over something as petty as 100 yuan. I paid the fees and left. Next time I am in Taiyuan again I probably will go back to Pullman hotel. Smoke smell is not a problem and they never give me a hard time on something as petty as a towel.

PPengguna Tetamu老牌五星級酒店，已住過一次，至所以選擇這裏，覺得很有特色，上次住的女士專用房，這次在網上沒訂到，去大堂辦理入住，提了需求，前台立馬給升級改住了女士專用房，房間大而漂亮，粉絲的床上用品及女式的窗紗，還有歐式風格的大床、梳粧台和櫃子，都充滿了温馨，前台服務熱情，還贈送了伴手禮，早餐也豐富，酒店娛樂健身設施也齊全，非常滿意。

PPengguna Tetamu定的基本上是太原最貴的了～但是房間大小一般，又不是在市中心，房間還不大！服務整體沒有南方酒店服務好，比如南方酒店🏨會打電話問幾點到，開車沒，加微信發位置，北方都沒有，車牌子給錄入了進出方便些。住了四天，吃了四天早餐，吐槽一下，一個是孩子身高1.4米以上的就全價早餐，我兒子才9歲，個子高，和人家説了才按照半價核算，四天下來早餐就356元，另外早餐水果可真不行，感覺不新鮮要不就是凍壞了。第二天和服務員反應過一次水果不行，當時給換了，但是第三、四天還那樣，有圖有真相，哈密瓜🍈我就不拍了，都拉絲～了

MMichael PashaSmall hotel in a dusty alley, about a 20 minute walk from Taiyuan airport. An ”AI” contraption in the room understands commands: It can turn lights off and on, open or close curtains, regulate A/C. I've never seen it anywhere before.
The kind manager even drove us to the train station.

PPengguna TetamuWe missed our train to Datong, and ended up staying at this hotel in Taiyuan for the night. The hotel staff met us at the station. She was so helpful and lovely. She was one of the nicest people we met in China. It is basic accommodation, the bed was big and comfortable. It was really good for the price. Thank you again.
