環境和服務都非常好，嘻嘻，屬於願意住第二次的房間，跟朋友半夜吃零食看電視真的很爽，位置也很方便，還可以去萬象城逛街。唯一的問題是隔音比較差，這點還好，可以準備個耳塞。

You get what you pay for… Whilst there are bigger hotels in the area, if you just need a bed to crash in after a few drinks (as was my situation) its fine, not close to the downtown area but if you need to be in wanbailin district this hotel is perfectly fine

PPengguna TetamuCould not fault this place. We had booked a bigger room, but it was on the main street, so decided not to take the risk. A slight downgrade was organised swiftly. Room very comfortable, with a nice big bathroom. A well equipped gym where I seemed to be the only user. Breakfast passable with toast, fruits, cereal, coffee and baked goods. We extended our stay to 4 nights. The service at the front desk, room servicing, breakfast was exemplary. The room maid left me a lovely book marker as she saw my lonely planet. (btw, LP mentions a restaurant at the start of the bu xing jie; I wouldn't bother).Hotel is 1km west of Tiyuguan metro station on line 2. Line 1 yet to open. Two stations north brings you 400m from Bell Tower Street, a bu xing jie where there are heaps of great eating places. One station north of Tiyuguan, then east as far as possible gets you to the old Taiyuan train station. Buses 308 or 804 (slow trip) gets you to JinCi Si; well worth the trip even just to see a 3,000yo tree

Wwilliam-lv低調的名稱，奢華的內涵，雖然叫公寓，但不亞於任何一家全球連鎖五星級酒店，從裝修到服務都很用心很暖心，雖然北方的冬天很冷，但是從進門的那一刻起，從迎賓到前台辦理入住的小妹妹都滿面春風，笑臉相迎，體貼入微讓人很舒服。房間的設施佈置的非常用心，康體中心乾淨整潔，設施先進，泳池的水也很清澈，熱心的賀小姐帶我參觀了康體中心，介紹了健身器械的用法，她的專業和熱心留下了美好的印象，餐廳的早餐品種豐富中西合璧，同時也兼顧了山西特色，中餐廳的菜品做的也非常好，能最大限度的滿足各方來客的味蕾，推薦大家去體會吧，在此要感謝餐飲部的曲小姐，預訂中心胖而不胖的高小姐🎉😅😀

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

My room had a large window, so I thought it would be cold, but it wasn't cold because of the warm heating in the hotel
Also, I really liked the blackout curtain, which covers the light well in the morning👍🏻
The hotel front desk staff had a good attitude! They also had excellent basic service, such as lifting up your luggage!
If there is only one thing that is regrettable, no one can speak English. The difficulty of communicating was too much. It would be better if even the front desk staff could speak English😊
Everything else was good! I want to visit again next time🩷

TTheTravelShowLocated in the new business and government district area, the hotel is conveniently situated.for business travellers. The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall.
The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too.
Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!

GGabriela HLokasi sangat sesuai! Biliknya sangat bagus, tempat tidurnya sangat selesa! Tetapi bagi pelancong bukan Cina pastikan mereka akan membiarkan anda tinggal. Nampaknya ibu kota Provinsi Shanxi masih memiliki mentaliti bandar yang sangat kecil ketika berhubungan dengan kita. Setelah meminta pembantu saya untuk bercakap dengan mereka (mengadu) mengenai perlakuan tidak adil dari rangkaian hotel antarabangsa mereka mengalah dan membiarkan saya bermalam.

SstephanieApabila anda datang ke Shanxi, anda mesti menginap di Shanxi Hotel. Bangunan luarannya sungguh elegan. Pemandangan malam lebih indah [kuat] tetapi biliknya biasa sahaja semasa anda mendaftar masuk. Lagipun, ini adalah hotel lama selama lebih dari sepuluh tahun. Biliknya sangat kecil dan kemudahannya agak ketinggalan zaman. Tidak sehebat beberapa hotel ekspres. Nasib baik, harganya sebenarnya tidak mahal!
Perkhidmatannya baik. Kakitangan yang melayani kami adalah Xiao Rui dan Xiao Qi dan mereka juga membawa buah dan selipar pakai pada waktu petang.
Di samping itu, kadang-kadang sangat menjengkelkan untuk memanggil kembali lawatan sepanjang masa, hanya sekali, tetapi beberapa kali adalah gangguan!

BBarbaraD.The location to the hotel is really something, but luckily the hotel staff came to pick us up from where the taxi stopped. The room was okay but in terms of cleanliness, there's still a lot to be done especially in the bathroom. If I were staying for longer it would be a problem using the wc but since it was just a night to catch a flight I'm not too mad. The bathroom was spacious enough and the room as well even though there were two beds, which was good. The overall stay was okay, we had to go back into town and the lovely Mr Lee was very helpful, he drove us back to the roadside to get a taxi and when we got back luckily we met him after the map took us to a wrong route and drove us back to the hotel. The airport was about 6 minutes from the hotel and even though we both had different departure times, one early in the morning and myself late afternoon, we were both taken to the airport as well. I think if the road to the hotel is fixed and they can do some real scrubbing and cleaning it would be a really good place.
