住了大床房，舒適寬敞得像家一樣。前台小姐姐服務貼心。位置絕佳，出行便利。自助早餐品種豐富，免費的一次性用品和停車位更是加分項。整體體驗五顆星，真是一次愉快的住宿，推薦給大家！

地點很好，離山西省博物院特別近，走路10分鐘。環境挺好，設施也齊全，房間內也很安靜。但是第一個開的房間門壞了，打不開，樓層的經理要找人修，因為還沒進入就跟他溝通直接換了房間。衞生間、洗澡間、化粧台都是分開的，這一點特別好。 但是接待的商務會議特別多，人很亂。電梯很慢。 由於臨時需要打印兩次材料，但是都不多，第一次前台的小美女很快就給打印好了，第二次前台的小美女告訴我不能打印，問她網頁上不是寫了免費打印傳真嗎？才給打。感覺服務不是很穩定。其他的服務人員都不錯。 還有就是床笠跟床墊尺寸不太一樣，床單和床笠比較容易皺，睡起來不太平。
