酒店第一次入住就弄得很心塞了，下機打電話能來接機麼（前台説接機要提前預約，讓我自己打電話給司機，就很不爽，你們有司機打一下電話不行？），預訂頁面顯示有接機，但是並沒有看見要提前預約，需要點擊完整訊息進去才能看到需要提前一天預約，到酒店後環境確實還是可以的，整體比較大氣，前台工作人員三個，態度一般，至少不熱情，辦了入住，送了個伴手禮，裏面一瓶醋，兩個小餅乾，兩個小麻花，到房間後房間還是蠻大的，乾濕分離，床品也還行，暖氣比較足，但是窗户外有很大的噪音，以為暫時的，結果出去忙完回來，晚上七點多還是有很大噪音，遂酒店派了阿姨山來看，她也明確感受到了噪音，讓我去看可否換其他房間，均有噪音，然後她聯繫前台問能否換成標間，前台一句話就是他是大床，你説換標間就標間麼，很不耐煩的態度，阿姨隨後又帶我去看另一間大床房，冒了一句話，你這價格比較低，確實不好換房間，我訂的也是兩百多好不，你們看看周圍的環境，它家附近幾個酒店我看了，一個藝什麼的酒店都才一百出頭，真的就很煩躁，隨便什麼情況也不該説這句話吧，早餐種類不是很多，菜品比較一般，一個什麼肉凍太鹹了，三月瓜炒肉味道還行，餃子不好吃，但早餐阿姨態度很好，接送機師傅態度也不錯，第一次住也是最後一次入住，就這前台工作人員態度，是真不配住這裏，打擾了
