This hotel is not recommended. I booked it because it is close to Jinci Temple. They have a shuttle bus that takes them to the door between Jinci Temple and the hotel. The hotel facilities are aging, the water in the wash basin is not good, and the sanitary conditions are very poor. There are hairs on the bed. 今年第二次來太原，又一次選擇了晉祠賓館，不僅僅是賓館的環境優美，綠化覆蓋率很高，早餐之豐盛有特色，另外的原因是賓館客房部的服務人員路丹優質的發自內心的熱情周到的服務，讓我們感受到山西人民的熱情友好，這次我去游泳館，服務人員張靜見我沒有帶乾的衣服過來，貼心的給我拿來了浴袍和大毛巾包裹沒有吹乾的頭髮，就怕我晚上從游泳館回客房的路上着涼，就像家人一樣的關心呵護，特別感動。晉祠賓館所有服務人員都有着很主動貼心的服務意識，自然又温馨，可見賓館的管理水平之高[強]，下次還是會選擇晉祠賓館入住！

能夠預料到因為地域性差異，各地的國賓館服務良莠不齊，衹是沒想到晉祠國賓館根本無服務可言。搜了一下前人們的評論，確實如此，可能他們衹注重接待團隊和協議客户，散客在他們眼裡估計也就值“隨便“二字。13：57分到的，前台一個女的估計在忙，不搭理人，後來讓旁邊一男的接待，結果拿了身份證登記後直接説房間還沒打掃出來，今天很忙，你們要麼在大堂等，要麼先去逛逛，好傢伙，沒一句致歉，直接連我們的行程都給安排好了。你們忙的沒空打掃房間難道不是因為賓館應急預案沒做好麼？然後還説等有房了會電話通知，結果我們在晉祠逛到天黑了都沒電話來。服務上唯一要點讚的就是楊佳兵，小夥子從賓館和晉祠連接的那個門接到我們後，立即感覺我們情緒不好，主動致歉，到了前台幫拿行李，還主動提出要不要陪着去看一下賓館的風景，他的好心心領了，衹是已經沒心情了。至於賓館風景確實可以，但是加不了分吧，衹要是國賓館應該風景都不差。

房間超大，挑高很高。不愧是國賓館。住在9號樓裏，開車進大門時有保安敬禮，剛一進到大堂門口就有服務人員來接待。晚上要去5號樓吃晚飯，服務員表示可以有電瓶車接送。房間設施齊全，還送了免費的8份小零食。5號樓全是山西當地的特色菜品，非常精緻、味道很棒。賓館離晉祠步行十分鐘左右就能到，酒店也提供電瓶車從專門的通道去晉祠。
