帶着孩子外出遊玩住民宿少説也有百次了，而這一次真的讓人印象深刻。且不説住宿環境，老闆大姐的熱情就讓人有種回家的温暖，因為出租車走大道，所以我們錯過了村道，導致半天找不到地方，老闆兒子貼心打來視頻為我們指引，老闆更是站在門口迎接我們。到房間後又跑上跑下的為我們補給房間用品，還説我們帶着孩子，怕起夜，專門拿來枱燈，她能想到的都為我們準備了，像自家大姐一樣貼心。
再説房間，真的沒想到僅能通過兩人的村道里竟然卧虎藏龍這麼一個趕緊的民宿。床上用品和洗漱毛巾浴巾，就像新的一樣。整個房間除了家的芳香，沒有一點多餘的味道。電視是小米的，看什麼都方便。床墊一躺下去就能感覺到不便宜，沒有一點點凹陷突出不平整的感覺，估計也是新的。馬桶上還貼着坐墊。家裡的綠植也都是真的，而不像很多民宿放假花。處處都充滿家的温馨。毫不誇張de説，這一晚絕對是我睡過最安靜最舒服的民宿了。
最後給老闆一個小小的建議，可以再配置一台電動三輪車，有償送一下住宿的客人去景點。我想十塊二十，大家都願意出的。畢竟住處去晉祠還要走路二十分鐘，對於已經疲憊的旅客肯定是願意選擇的。我們幸運的是走了五分鐘在晉祠賓館門口遇到了出租車，雖然起步價，兩分鐘八塊就到了。但也幫了我們很大忙，因為前兩天太累了，實在走不動了。
再次謝謝老闆熱情招待，如有緣再去，一定還去您家。祝老闆生意興隆。

老闆夫婦真誠友善，古道熱腸，為住客提供低價乃至免費的景區接送服務。老闆堪稱民宿界隱藏的廚神，承包了我在這裏的一日三餐，廚藝不必贅言，更可貴的是老闆堅持用最新鮮的食材，分量也毫不含糊，為我提供了出遊多日以來最印象深刻的餐飲服務體驗。

看了是今年新開的酒店，果斷就選了這家酒店，酒店地理位置就在萬達mall裏面，設施完善且酒店管理非常到位，真正做到了很人性化，酒店也有洗衣房，裏面也很整潔衞生，酒店早餐不算豐盛但還算不錯，我們住在最高層41層的房間，向外望去的視野很贊，唯一的缺點就是房間洗手間沒有抽排風系統（也許我沒找到）可是就是沒有看到開關在哪裡，上完洗手間後味道都沒法散去…因家人入住時身體偶感不適我就叫了跑腿小哥的送葯服務，送葯服務很及時送到大樓外一樓處後，工作人員代為收下後讓機器人轉送到酒店大堂處再轉交給我們的，這點真的要表揚一下希爾頓的管理，管理的相當到位，這才是星級酒店該有的，真心推薦這家酒店希望酒店越做越好！

PPengguna TetamuCould not fault this place. We had booked a bigger room, but it was on the main street, so decided not to take the risk. A slight downgrade was organised swiftly. Room very comfortable, with a nice big bathroom. A well equipped gym where I seemed to be the only user. Breakfast passable with toast, fruits, cereal, coffee and baked goods. We extended our stay to 4 nights. The service at the front desk, room servicing, breakfast was exemplary. The room maid left me a lovely book marker as she saw my lonely planet. (btw, LP mentions a restaurant at the start of the bu xing jie; I wouldn't bother).Hotel is 1km west of Tiyuguan metro station on line 2. Line 1 yet to open. Two stations north brings you 400m from Bell Tower Street, a bu xing jie where there are heaps of great eating places. One station north of Tiyuguan, then east as far as possible gets you to the old Taiyuan train station. Buses 308 or 804 (slow trip) gets you to JinCi Si; well worth the trip even just to see a 3,000yo tree

PPengguna Tetamu非常滿意，五星好評。住宿環境，乾濕分離，有專門的梳粧台和衣帽架，入住當天送了一杯星巴克，還專門送了小童牙具，小童積木和牙具盒給孩子。酒店早餐性價比高，品種齊全，中歺，西歺都有，也兼顧了南北飲食差異習慣。現煎牛排好吃。西紅柿燉牛肉裏的西紅柿酸中帶甜，很好吃。孩子們都很喜歡梧桐酒店。必須五星好評。

PPengguna Tetamu先説一下優點吧，環境不錯，大落地窗，全屋智能。。。我是單位安排在該酒店學習，為了方便，定了酒店住宿，三天三晚，接站的女經理人很好，熱情又讓人覺得到一個陌生城市特別温暖，送站的男經理態度就真的很一般了，全程惱着一張臉，搞得我也特別緊張，氣氛也很尷尬。離店已經有一段時間了，想起什麼就寫一點吧，第一個早上我隨身帶的牛奶灑在地上一點，然後這點牛奶一直到我住了三天，都沒有打掃掉；住了三天，衹第二天房間給安排了小吃，可能是不管住幾天一個人僅一份吧，還有就是，酒店外有一片工地正在施工，一整晚叮叮噹噹響個不停……本來沒計劃寫這個評價，但看了他們那拍的小視頻，感覺有點不真實，什麼提前給顧客開空調，反正我是沒有享受到，希望把服務做踏實，不要放在一些虛無縹緲的東西上。

TTheTravelShowThe hotel itself is located out in the far Northeast of the city, in a quiet location, but easily accessible by the fast roads. It is opposite a shopping mall with everything you need such as coffee shop, fast food etc. Conveniece store also just across the street. Check-in was easy and straight-forward and the hotel is clean and modern. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed and the best thing was the amazing bed, which was super-comfortable!
Breakfast is excellent and has both Western and Chinese buffet options. Plenty of choice here!
Service was fantastic for this stay. The second day we had a power blackout for an hour or so because of engineers across the street. The staff dealt with it very well and made sure I was looked after. Swimming pool is good too. Recommend.

If there is only one thing that is regrettable, no one can speak English. The difficulty of communicating was too much. It would be better if even the front desk staff could speak English😊

The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall.
The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too.
Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!

IIcykeyThe hotel is conveniently located in a bustling commercial district close to the airport and high-speed rail station. The breakfast selection offered at the hotel was both varied and delicious. I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the young lady who assisted me with the check-in process; she is very kind, professional, and efficient. One minor suggestion is regarding the bathroom door. While the partially etched glass door is not necessarily a problem, a frosted glass door would provide more privacy for guests.

PPengguna TetamuI found myself having to stay in Taiyuan due to the outbreak preventing me going home. After several phone calls I finally found this hotel that would receive foreign guests.
The staff were very polite and I particularly wish to thank the front desk staff and the concierge who helped me with the various paperwork needed when I arrived.
The room was very clean, well furnished and maintained. A fruit basket was delivered which I thought was a nice touch.
Living so close to Taiyuan it is not somewhere I would usually need to stay but should the need arise again I would not hesitate to do so. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me about a suitable hotel or if you are planning to stay in Taiyuan.
The location is very convenient. Lots of food options and things to do nearby.
All in all, Shanxi Hotel deserve praise.

BBarbaraD.The location to the hotel is really something, but luckily the hotel staff came to pick us up from where the taxi stopped. The room was okay but in terms of cleanliness, there's still a lot to be done especially in the bathroom. If I were staying for longer it would be a problem using the wc but since it was just a night to catch a flight I'm not too mad. The bathroom was spacious enough and the room as well even though there were two beds, which was good. The overall stay was okay, we had to go back into town and the lovely Mr Lee was very helpful, he drove us back to the roadside to get a taxi and when we got back luckily we met him after the map took us to a wrong route and drove us back to the hotel. The airport was about 6 minutes from the hotel and even though we both had different departure times, one early in the morning and myself late afternoon, we were both taken to the airport as well. I think if the road to the hotel is fixed and they can do some real scrubbing and cleaning it would be a really good place.
